Feel free to roll up your sleeves and carry the kayaks (located in the garage) down to the dock for a day on the water. Bring your fishing gear and toss in a line from the private dock to try to catch any of the local species. Sip beverages on the lakeside porch while the sun goes down. Equipped with two wood fireplaces, a game and workout room, and screened in porch with an electric fireplace. Enjoy the outdoors with 9+ acres, fire pit, gazebo, and hot tub. Great place to accommodate horses with a two stall barn and paddock. Property is only minutes from Alliance with all the amenities of a town and food deliveries.
