In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a cozy living area with 2 sofa beds, our accommodation offers a large terrace protected and sunny warm and a private lawn with a view of the Dolomites. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

The property now consists of a large living room with fully equiped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (max 10 people), 5 bathrooms and relaxation games room where there is an historic billiard "De Agostini" from 1899.
