It was a great cabin situated on top of the hill. It has everything you need to live and feel at home. My daughter loved the record player and the collection. It has a printer and internet was good. The view from the porch is beautiful. The only issue is that it was hard to find the property. The cabin is not on the midland trail road, but on a unpaved gravel road which is parallel to the midland trail. Apparently, it was the old midland trail road before the new one was laid. The property is on top of the unpaved road and it has two columns identifying the property. Once we pull into the driveway between the columns, it goes all the way in and then you will find the house.

This was a very peaceful and cute stay! My significant other, pup, and I spent the weekend and loved the outdoorsy feel. The air bnb location was a perfect quaint, and quiet area right on the river with trails and waterfall nearby. My favorite part was hearing the river right outside the whole time. The fire pit and games were a plus as well. Would recommend!

Truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Jeremiah was a fantastic host and the location is great. Beautiful river and Mountain Views!!! You won’t be disappointed

We stayed the night traveling through. The home was extremely clean. Renovated with all new appliances. Bed was very comfy. Excellent host very accommodating. Great location for a couple or small family. Nice porch if you want to sit outside. Reasonable rate and much better than a hotel room, we travel with a dog. My husband left his Apple Watch. Miss Kimberly, mailed it to us, which was very nice of her.

This is a gorgeous home! It is beautifully maintained! Highly recommend. Just be prepared, there are very few appliances, only a coffee maker, so we were a little unprepared arriving depending on what we needed to cook. But, everything is near by so this was easy to get food. Perfect distance to some good restaurants, we loved it. Absolutely would stay again! Thank you for letting us bring the dogs.

Stayed here while moving our son into his house. Was close to Covington yet far enough away. Location for river is fantastic! Had snowed so we couldn't drive to the river due to ice/snow. But, we will def return when it's warmer. House is very clean and had everything we needed. The furnace was having issues but Briana made sure to notify us and provided instructions for use of the Buck wood-burning stove. She was very responsive and fast. Buck stove was wonderful and kept the house warm and cozy. Kitchen has plenty of pots/pans, plates, silverware. Could use a few more glasses/cups and maybe couple wine glasses. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were super clean. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and really appreciated the makeup face cloths (black). Had wood for stove, Keurig and a drip coffee machine and, in general, felt like staying at grandma's house, which we all loved. We will definitely book here again when we come visit our son.

Thank you Shauna for letting us use your place. We were in town for a quick visit and were happy when we arrived, noting the location of the property. While we didn't get to spend a great deal of time at the property, the time that we did spend was comfortable and relaxing. It was well appointed with common-use items as well as furniture. Thank you again!.

The host was very responsive and flexible. We rented the house for a work project and it was very nice to have a place that felt more like home to come back to after a long day. Unfortunately our stay was before the pool had fully opened but the sound and views of the Jackson river was very peaceful while relaxing on the porch each evening. I would definetly stay here again for future projects in the area. I would recommend future guests to plan to bring or buy additional tolietries and cooking essentials (oil, sugar, coffee, etc) for extended stays.

Shauna is extremely responsive, I messaged her prior to and during our trip and she was quick with a response, it was great. It is a lovely home. We quite enjoyed the large bathroom. Shoot, I think the third floor alone is larger than our house! We enjoyed bringing our dog and there being space for her portable/travel crate to be set up. We also have an infant and I felt comfortable allowing her to crawl around on the floors. There were lots of area rugs which cushioned the hardwood floors. There was also plenty of space for her pack and play. The bed was soft and comfortable. Lots of extra towels, blankets, sheets... Shauna’s place was well stocked and we enjoyed our two night stay. We look forward to checking her availability with future trips to visit family in the area Setting wide, the murals on the building and surrounding buildings are nice. There is a small park next door in addition to the theater and amphitheater. We walked to get food and enjoyed Clifton Forge. Safe area.
