A beautiful Red brick and stone house recently constructed in the serene, green coastal Konkan village of Thal with the beach a few minutes walking from our place. The house is surrounded by coconut groves, mature mango trees and a lovely lawn. The home built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally. An airy living room, landscaped lawns, barbeque area, swimming pool,private and secured parking, caretaker, TV, Wifi, etc are some of the amenities on offer. An in house cook is also available for a fee of 2500 a day for all 3 meals and groceries as per cost.They know Indian, konkani, bbq,chaat,etc. it is all home made freshly prepared food.( veg & non veg)
