Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. There’s one bedroom with a 220x180cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a livingroom. The apartment is located on the 3th floor with no elevator.

The area is quiet and nice, with a short walk to a big shopping mall (Moa - 10 min walk) and bus stops (5 min walk, 25 min bus ride to city centre). If you are interested in hiking, there are many nice locations just a short drive away. This area has a nice view of the "Summøre Alps". The walk to the shoreline takes about 10 minutes. Outside the house there is a large driveway with parking.
