It is a short walk from the city beach, public dock, skatepark, sand volleyball court, multiple playgrounds and picnic shelters and across the street access to walking paths. It is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer and ice fishing, skating, snowshoeing, and nordic skiing in the winter! A beautiful sunset view and all day relaxing year-round!

Grab lunch at Jakes pizza or Taco King and maybe supper at the legion or the 112 On Broadway. For those that would like to workout Snap fitness is a block south. The apartment is on the 2nd level with 22 steps. Discounts for weekly (15%) and monthly (35%) stays. Cot added and stored in bedroom closet.

A perfect spot for family gatherings, quilting or crafting retreats, or to enjoy swimming, birding, fishing, ice skating, or cross country skiing. I have canoes, kayaks, paddleboat and rowboat.
