We had a lovely stay at Kate and Fohla’s property. The home was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped with everything needed. The property was quiet with waterfront access and beautifully maintained. It was an easy 10 minute drive to Qualicum Beach. Kate and Fohla were very responsive to any questions or needs. We would certainly stay here again!

A beautiful home with everything needed for a comfortable extended vacation! The private beach has excellent views, and the clubhouse with a swimming pool, gym and pool table is only steps away. Our hosts Kate and Fohla provided all the information we needed before we arrived, and responded promptly to our questions. Thank you! We’re looking forward to returning again.

Kate was very responsible about staying in touch with us and quickly resolving any small issues that came up - such as the replacement of lightbulbs that needed a ladder to reach! Marc was their handy man and he was kind and helpful as well!The house was perfect for two couples - including heated floors in both bathrooms! Both beds were very comfortable!There is a seperate room with workspace and a pull out couch. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, kitchen tools and everything one would need. The back patio has a barbeque and nice seating around a table wilth a gas warming fire in the center. The home is in a sweet private gated community. Rt. 19-A runs along the backside of the property- seperated by a tall wooden fence and a few trees. The patio could be noisy at times. The rocky beach on the property is lovely - it was too far for my husband to access easily. The spot would be perfect for families and walkers. I enjoyed walking there! Thanks so much Kate!

This was a great location for our Vancouver island adventures. Pretty central to what we wanted to do. Cathedral Grove was close enough for us to visit multiple times, and the trip over to the Pacific coast was about what we wanted. Great hosts, were very quick to respond, and extremely helpful. House was great for our family, good amount of space, and lots of activities to do on rest days. Would stay here again if we ever come back to explore the area more.

This place was a small slice of heaven. Kate and Fohla were responsive, friendly and ready to come to a solution if we needed something. A beautiful place to come for peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again! Some things to note that might be helpful for future guests: - Internet speed was fast, 330mbps when we checked. Netflix was included on the TV - Dumbbells in the gym go up to 15 lbs - Power went out for 5-10 minutes about 6 times during our 4 week stay, so know where the flashlights are (there are several readily available) - The beach is rocky - bring water shoes! You can walk there in less than 3 minutes and it is breathtaking. Definitely catch a sunrise. - It is a 13-15 minute drive into Qualicum Beach (town) from this location if you want restaurants/groceries/coffee shops etc. We had a lovely time!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage north of Qualicum Beach. The property was perfect for our young family, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort features a small hot tub with a mild temperature, which was ideal for our young kids. The cottage was well stocked with kitchen items and beautifully decorated, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a nice, quiet resort and property, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly vacation spot!

This has become our annual family vacation. Beautiful views, the best place to relax and enjoy the surroundings and company. The family loved the accessibility of the mountain bike trails. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Cant wait for next year!!!

Beautiful property! We absolutely loved our stay here. This cabin is very modern and spacious. Both bedrooms have king beds are are so comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Great views from both the main and the upstairs patios. Perfect location for day trips to other local areas like Coombs, Qualicum Beach, Comox. Our hosts Steph and Bryan were awesome! Very responsive and great to deal with! We hope to get back there again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful time staying at Connor’s place! The location is beautiful and peaceful, it has gorgeous views of the ocean and is surrounded by lush forest. There are some amazing hikes that you can do right from the property, and Tofino and its beaches are still within a reasonable drive. It was awesome having two levels in the house; it’s a spacious home and has all the necessary comforts! Kitchen has everything you need. The large shower was great, and the beds were all very comfortable. We had a great vacation- and we would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay here! It was a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The house was so clean, the yard was beautiful and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. My only note would be that it is close to the highway so there is a bit of highway noise at night. We had a noise machine so it didn’t better us but something to note if you have littles who might be light sleepers.

This is an amazing place to stay there is lots of space for all the family. It is walking distance to Chesterman North & Tofitian! The table tennis table was a big hit with my kids. The kitchen has everything you could need and there is a bbq on the deck. Thanks for a wonderful stay we will be back!

Brian was a great host who was friendly, flexible and hospitable. When we made a mistake with the hot tub despite reading the whole info binder he kindly sent us a reminder that was very helpful. The place was organized, clean and welcoming. This was our second time here and will likely continue to keep this on our list of places to revisit :) Thanks Brian!

The Driftwood House exceeded our expectations! Located in a beautiful area just outside of the main hub, the home was very warm and welcoming and immaculately clean. We loved all of the west coast artwork and the little thoughtful touches throughtout the house, like the artisanal shampoo and conditioner, a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and even some kid's toys and books. The close proximity to the Wild Pacific Trail was a bonus. Laura is an excellent host. She had the best suggestions for local food, beaches and hikes. It was a memorable stay. We can't wait to return next year.

We absolutely loved this house and felt immediately at home. It matches the photos and description, the views from the balcony are even better! The kitchen was extremely well equipped, even a selection of teas and coffee pods. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and it is so quiet that we slept well. Very useful to have a washer and dryer in the house, and it was also cosy and warm. It is quite isolated and at the end of a steep mountain track, so don’t forget the shopping! We were incredibly lucky to be up here during a mega solar storm when the northern lights were spectacular, a rare event for this area. One of our best ever airnbnb, thank you Blake!

Four of us stayed and thoroughly enjoyed Mikaela and Adam’s beautiful home. The place is gorgeous, comfortable, ready to sink into, well stocked, and has comfortable beds with no artificial scented laundry residue. We enjoyed the sauna on our only rainy day. Hosts were welcoming and responsive. We walked into Tofino and loved the friendly surf town. This place is a jewel and we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tofino.

Nadine was a great host; she was responsive and provided us with extra toilet paper once we ran out. Her place looks just like the photos and was very cozy and comfortable and clean. My husband and I enjoyed the kitchen and slept well in the comfy bed. There was also a nice selection of teas and a stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). Overall very lovely stay; a real home away from home vibe. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the Tofino View House. Peter was an excellent host, very clear communications, proactively reached out to assist and was very pleasant. The house is awesome. We loved the views and the privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked. The space is clean, cozy and perfect for 5 or 6 guests (we were 5 people and we stayed for a week). It is well located within the Tofino area and has a great view of the inlet. We noticed all the natural light in the house because of the skylights and large windows. We would definitely recommend Peter and the Tofino View House!

Pleasant place with stunning view. Well equipped kitchen, family friendly house, with big garden. The hot tub and firepit made our stay absolutely awesome. Lots of hike around, we highly recommend the place. Hung is very friendly too.

Patrick was very welcoming. Upon arrival gave us a quick run down. The property was behind beautiful and we can’t wait to return. Patrick let us know if activities happening and let us have a couple hour later to check out.

I picked this house based upon the good ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms and proximity to the beach and value for what we needed. We were on the island to practice for our horse sport at West Coast Vaulters with 3 teenagers. Consequently, we under utilized the house for what it offered, as we were at the practice facility most of the time. The kitchen seemed fairly well stocked with equipment - but we only had simple breakfasts… The house was quite clean and orderly. They supplied dish washer tablets, laundry soap/pods & dryer sheets which wads great (along with bathroom supplies , shampoo, conditioner, & wash) The teenagers really liked the Wii station! Bryan, the co-host, checked in with us even after our arrival which was very much appreciated and provided us with answer to our questions about the general area. This isn’t a big city environment, so many stores and restaurants tended to close early, very few were open after 9 pm or even 8pm. I would recommend this place highly.
