Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Brock Barn

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature in a recently renovated barn conversion. The open plan living arrangement gives you fantastic views of the countryside to enjoy the wildlife around you. Enjoy breakfast on the decking with no direct neighbours. But within a short drive you are in Sherborne Town giving all the amenities needed for a perfect stay away. Walking distance of a local country pub if you require. We pride ourselves on the luxury bedding for a great night sleep.

Character 1 bedroom country annex in West Camel

Enjoy this individual character property in the centre of the tranquil village of West Camel with countryside views and a stroll across the bridge to the village pub. Just off the A303 and 10 minutes drive from Yeovil and Sherborne and 45 minute drive to the coast it is an ideal location. The Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum are 5 minutes away and there are a number of National Trust locations within a short drive. Countryside river walks, castles & museums are all on the doorstep.

Mousehole at Gore House

Beautiful one bedroom self contained cottage with super king or two single beds and separate sitting room and kitchen. Outside there is a little private garden area with table and chairs. The sitting room has a free view TV, blue tooth speaker, sofa bed and work space. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is well equipped with an oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The cottage is surrounded by rolling countryside and near the stunning market town of Sherborne

Converted three bed stable - no children under 8

A converted stable on a peaceful farm surrounded by acres of countryside but within striking distance of Sherborne and good National Trust gardens. The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The private terrace has a covered eating area and open lounging space enclosed by walls and clipped box hedging. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Coach House

This unique place has a style all its own. The Coach House is a perfect getaway for romantic breaks or simply a place to relax and escape a busy schedule. Be it for work or pleasure, your stay will be one to remember, with secure parking, a garden view and the additional benefit of being walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The Coach House is also only a short drive to Montecute, The Chinnocks and Chiselborough, all of which are perfect for country walks and good pub meals.
