Easy communication and very clean place.

Moh was super responsive and his place was great! You can walk 30 minutes to reach the Masdar City Center and the MBZUAI University. Otherwise, you may need to drive. Moh gave me a ride from the airport to his place, and he is quite friendly indeed. I appreciated his quick and detailed responses! I highly recommend his place!

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Mohamed is one of the best hosts that our eyes have ever witnessed. He was always very attentive, clean and cery responsive. Takes a lot of pride in his rental property which shows directly in how he treats his tenants. Accomodation itself was nothing crazy but very clean and perfectly described. Would recommend this accomodation for anyone that has a stay in abu dhabi, but i would also recommend having a car since it is far away from any activities. All in all great experience. !!! A great apartment in a cozy and quiet community, with a designated parking spot for the car. The city center of Abu Dhabi is just a 30-minute drive away. The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious.

We really enjoyed our short stay. Everything was clean and the place is cozy. Nice balcony for a morning coffee or evening drink.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The Luxury Farmhouse was great for our layover trip to Thailand. The uber drivers had a bit of a rough time finding it but we always got a ride after a little assisted navigation. The home was clean and cozy. The pool was perfect! Great for photos. The large gate made us feel safe. Thank you!

The host was incredibly friendly and always just a message away, which made the stay super comfortable. They really made us feel at home and even offered us great discounts on combo packages for the Yas Island parks. Yas Island is hands down the best destination for a staycation or holiday — highly recommend!

Great location for our holiday and we liked the amenities that were within walking distance, supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop and more. The apartment was nice and the bed was very large and very comfortable. We thought it was thoughtful to provide a blanket in the seating area as some nights were a bit cooler. We would certainly return.

Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone con 3 figli adolescenti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, perché la casa era molto comoda per 5 persone, con un luminoso salone e 3 bagni che ci hanno permesso di prepararci rapidamente la mattina. L'host è stao molto gentile e accogliente, pronto ad ogni nostra richiesta di informazioni.

Amazing stay, the view was beautiful and the place was incredibly clean and spacious. The host was immensely helpful and I would definitely recommend!

It was a nice experience. The problems we faced was that we lost the keys, and we had to wait for a technician to come and open the door. It took 3-4 hours till he arrived and it was challenging with a tired baby. We had to pay 100$ for that service. They also didn’t provide linen with the crib for the baby, after asking for it they delivered in 30 minutes, tho no blanket was provided, we had to use towels as a blanket. Overall it was a nice and clean apartment, very comfortable and nice. But the mattress is extremely bad. I really recommend this apartment.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt – das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. I would recommend the place and the host

From start to finish Royal Holiday were helpful and responsive when needed. The apartment was in immaculate condition and would have no qualms about staying there again in the future. The whole process from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy to understand.
