Booked last minute before the Newport Marathon and it was exactly what I needed. Ann was very welcoming and kindly left out coffee and juice to help fuel the run! The annexe is nice and private and has everything you'd need. Car/bus needed to get into Cardiff.

A wonderful 5 🌟 stay. All correspondence was easy and prompt. Easy access by key box to property; nothing was any trouble for the owners who live on site. The apartment is right on trend with great equipment and comfy seating plus a neat table and chairs for eating meals. Throws and cushions enhance the comfort and look of the plush leather settee; plenty of utensils and crockery are all matching. Lighting is excellent throughout the flat. A beautiful bath in addition to a good sized shower and sumptuous towels in the bathroom The bedroom has good storage including a little walk- in wardrobe which also housed ironing board etc. the bed linen was of good quality and spare pillows available. The property is so peaceful; lovely views from windows; the grounds are pretty and a few playthings for children set up in a nice grassy area. Plenty of parking and night lights for coming home late. A brilliant stay and we would highly recommend this roomy apartment.

Great place - exactly as on listing, and nice to be so close to the centre of Bath. We loved our walks along the canal at the back of the house in the mornings ! Really friendly hosts, who gave us some great tips about things to do and the history of the area

Tom’s flat was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. The location was central and not far from the train station which made it easy to get around without a car. He was a responsive and helpful host. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bath. Super Lage und alles war gut zu Fuß machbar. Auch für unsere Kinder war die Wohnung toll, sie haben sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Toll eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll. Nach vorne lag eine lebhafte Straße, die aber dank guter Fenster null gestört hat. Die kleine Gasse vor der Unterkunft war etwas schmutzig, aber sonst eine nette Gegend mit kleinen Shops und coolem Bagelladen nebenan. Parken ist etwas tricky, aber wir haben immer einen umsonst gefunden im naheliegenden Wohngebiet und sind dann einfach zu Fuß gegangen. Bath und Tinas Unterkunft sind definitiv eine Reise wert.

The location is very central and easy to get to. It’s a peaceful gated area with great access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, the bedrooms were spotless and we instantly felt comfortable. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Lovely apartment for me, my wife, our two daughters and our little dog. Clean, modern and with everything you needed. Fantastic hosts who are very communicative and provided loads of info. Lovely and quiet but also, a very convenient location in the centre of porthcawl within walking distance to beaches, town, bars and shops. Would return if ever back in Porthcawl.

I booked marks place for family visiting us in portishead. They had a v lovely stay. The flat is stylish and spacious and there was a lovely welcome hamper to boot! Having a park opposite was great as they have young children. I would thoroughly recommend marks place

Me and my wife really enjoyed staying at your place and it makes our first time visitation to Cardiff even more memorable, this place is too convenient with groceries , nice restaurant and transportation with bus no.9 completes it all.

Exactly what we were looking for, cheap, cheerful, spacious, good quality, clean and organised. Right in the city centre, minutes away from the train station, 10 minute walk from all the clubs and pubs and restaurants and shops, no need for Ubers at all. Abigail was incredibly helpful, saved our whole night on our 2nd night when we wanted to relax at the flat and she helped us when we had technical difficulties with the TV. We went as 4 lads just getting away from home for a bit and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would highly recommend.

This place was an ideal little getaway.. beautiful spot close to the centre… Josh was a great host and was always over the phone when needed to be, clean tidy and most importantly a great bargain :))))

Irene's place is the perfect place for a long stay. I stayed for over a month and had everything I needed. Eastville park is round the corner which is a huge plus. Definitely recommended!

Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

Excellent apartment, good location for the city {10mins walk}, the apartment is as per the pictures and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Peter's communication was 1st class, no delays to responding to any questions etc

Very well equipped, love the proper coffee machine (with beans provided), and breakfast included was a nice touch (frozen pastries, cereal and fresh milk). Beds were comfortable, linen was good quality. It’s near the road, but well insulated and we didn’t notice any noise. The whole place was nice and clean. Parking was right outside the patio doors, so easy to unload, which is not a given in Bath. I guess you’d call it functional rather than luxurious (white walls, white tiles etc), but you can’t complain about that at this price point and it was just as it looks in the photos. Our Uber into the city centre for dinner was less than £10. Communication was spot on. Can’t really fault it.

Beautiful Airbnb and exactly what you’d want for a few nights away. Clean and tidy and decorated beautifully. Very pleased with our stay.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The place was spotless and communication was seamless. Beautiful products in the shower and great coffee in the kitchen! The hot tub was a great touch for the children. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much we will recommend!

I had a lovely time staying at Jessica’s place. Location was perfect and really handy having a parking space. Bed is super comfortable and would definitely stay again if I was in Bath. Thanks for having us Jess :)

A lovely apartment, right in the heart of Hay-on-Wye, within easy walking distance of gorgeous restaurants and book shops. Also very handy for walking Offa's Dyke!

Beautiful home and gardens, super clean and the little touches were lovely. We felt at home and stayed in every evening as it was so cozy. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day of walking. Us and our dog, Bunny absolutely loved it and wouldn’t change a thing!! We will definitely be planning another visit.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in the flat. It was so relaxing and easy going and there was so much to keep two boys and two dogs occupied when we weren’t out walking. There’s a really nice walk down to the river from the house and it’s a short distance from many other hiking sites. The kids loved the trampoline, skate park, and tree net and our city dogs enjoyed meeting all the farm animals and resident dogs. We felt so much at home there and no one was ready to leave!

We had a lovely stay at deer field and although tricky to find well worth the hastle! The location is beautiful and lovely views from the garden terrace. The property itself was very spacious and nciely furnished with nice little touches like blankets for outside and seperate outdoor tablewesr fornif you fancy a bbq. Definitely recommend for a countryside break!

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.
