The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad, onze kinderen hebben vaak kunnen zwemmen en we konden in de tuin zitten en dineren. De kat en schildpadden kwamen regelmatig langs. In het huis kun je alles vinden wat je nodig hebt. Sophia is heel aardig en reageert heel snel. Het huisje is niet groot (zoals je ook op de foto’s kunt zien) en is best gehorig, de kids werden wakker als mijn man koffie ging zetten, maar daar hebben we later iets voor bedacht, het koffiezetapparaat in de badkamer zetten :) wij hebben ontzettend genoten en het weer was prachtig

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Je recommande cet appartement , pour visiter Paris Très propre, équipements recents en très bon état. Bus à 2 minutes à pied , qui vous laisse à côté du RER. En plus , 1 petite cour équipée de table et chaises. Allez- y les yeux fermés.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in dieci persone e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto bella, dotata di ogni confort: spazi interni ed esterni molto curati. La casa è molto spaziosa e, pur essendo vicina alla metro e al supermercato, è molto tranquilla. Gli host sono stati disponibili e super gentili. Consigliatissimo a gruppi e famiglie.

Le logement de Lily est très agréable. il est bien agence et meublé avec goût. La terrasse était un régal en fin de journée dans un environnement calme. Le logement est à 15 min à pieds du métro. Top pour nous rentre sur Paris. Lily est très agréable, réactive et toutes ses petites attentions ont facilité notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison spacieuse, joliment décorée, bien chauffée et bien entretenue. Bien située en proche banlieue de Paris dans un cadre inattendu. Christine la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Petite bouteille de blanc pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. La chatte Louna a rendu notre séjour avec les enfants encore plus agréable. Merci à Christine et à sa famille.

Séjour inoubliable ! Dans un superbe logement décoré avec goût, tous les équipements/matériaux sont d'une grande qualité. La situation est idéale à quelques pas de la ligne 1 qui mène au centre historique de Paris en quelques minutes ! Calme et privé, vraiment le meilleur endroit pour séjourner aux abords de Paris avec tous les avantages sans les inconvénients. Nous avons vraiment adoré.

Le logement est fonctionnel et peut accueillir quatre occupants sans difficultés. Dès notre arrivée, nous remarquons que le logement a été préparé pour nous. Dans le même temps, nous sommes arrivés et sommes partis à notre convenance. Céline a toujours été très réactive dans ses réponses, et toujours très cordiale, que ce soit avant notre arrivée, pendant le séjour ou lors de notre départ. Bref, nous recommanderons cette adresse, c'est certain.

A really nice home. The whole property was very clean and well-equipped. Djillali is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. Property is close to a railway station with regular services into Paris which is a great bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Martine est très accueillante et gentille. Personne très réactive. Aux petits soins. Son logement est très bien agencé et très propre. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Une adresse à garder précieusement.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Nous nous rendons à Paris pour le concert de mon cousin et très franchement le mari de Baboune nous a très bien accueilli, il nous à offert du thé à l’arrivée, le logement était propre et les photos du logement correspondaient aux logements réels !! Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Il n'est pas facile de se loger à 10 sur Paris et sa banlieue proche, aussi, même si la maison est assez éloignée du centre de Paris, avec obligation de prendre des transports en commun fatigants, ce fut une belle adresse à retenir qui nous permettait de nous reposer dans le confort. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers tout en fleur, rempli de chants de mésanges charbonnières fut amplement apprécié. Merci à Hamza !

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.
