Durch unsere Nähe zum östlichsten Punkt Deutschlands, der Kulturinsel Einsiedel und der Neiße, sind wir die Ideale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Familien, Radwanderer, etc. Auch wenn das Objekt von außen noch nicht ganz fertig ist, haben wir uns bei der Inneneinrichtung viel Mühe gegeben. Zusätzlich fallen ab 01.Januar Gebühren in Höhe von 2 € je Person ab 18 Jahren an, sofern es sich um eine private Reise handelt.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Nearby, you can find the Old Town Bridge (pedestrian border crossing between Zgorzelec and Görlitz). The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and grocery shops. On top of that, the best café in Zgorzelec - Czarna Caffka is located just a few steps away from the flat. The flat is located in an old building with a staircase awaiting renovation.
