The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

Beachfront Rock Cottage (right on the beach)

Rock Cottage is a beachfront apartment on the famous 16 mile beach on the West Coast of South Africa. Situated 96km outside Cape Town, it is an ideal getaway right on the beach with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small mezzanine with a sofa-bed for kids (accessed by a wall ladder), a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer and washing machine), open plan dining and lounge and a deck with barbecue. NO LOADSHEDDING! 15 kilowatts of solar which is shared with the main house. Zula is a small self contained, studio style beach cottage sleeping 2, on the beach. Perfect for doggy lovers as it has a private enclosed garden, set at the back of Zula Beach House which sleeps 10. Hi speed WiFi. A gas BBQ and a fireplace for the cold winters. on Langstrand Beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It is popular with surfers, kite and windsurfers. A pet fee applies. No children under 16.

Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.
