I had a great stay at Son's. Really beautiful apartment in a nice chill area away from the madness of the city centre. Son was helpful with any questions I had and gave me some great recommendations for the local area. I'll definitely bear this place in mind the next time I'm in Hanoi. Thanks a lot Son!

This place was clean, spacious and the view of Hanoi from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions as well. Highly recommend!

great comms from Thuy...super easy checkin. We really appreciated the 14:00 checkin and 12:00 checkout times! Loved the design of this loft apartment. Great blackout curtains too. would recommend.

Hanoi was our first destination in Vietnam and we are glad that we booked our stay here with Hoai Anh’s place at the Pent Studio apartments. Our co-host Mr. Elite was extremely helpful right from the beginning and he helped us out to book our taxi from Hanoi airport too. We wanted to rent a motorbike and he even arranged for a person to connect with us for that. The place was fabulous, just like shown in the pictures, cozy and very welcoming indeed. A huge shout out to the hosts, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, thank you ❤️ Hope to visit back soon.

I spent four months in this apartment, which is a long time, so my review is primarily intended for long-term stays. 5/5 for the Airbnb itself and the communication. If something wasn’t as expected, it was fixed immediately (e.g., there was an issue with the washing machine, and it was repaired quickly). Plus, I really appreciated the included cleaning service, which was done once per week. 4/5 for the building itself (I’m not giving it 5/5 due to the noise you can hear from everywhere—primarily from the neighbors in my case). 0/5 for the male receptionist who tried to scam me multiple times :)) 5/5 for the location—I believe it’s the best for long-term stays. I loved it. 5/5 overall because I felt safe, and the location was great for me. Plus, communication with the host (in my case, Tran) was always smooth, with no issues. The biggest downsides for me were the noise and the reception.

I really liked this room. This is a GREAT place to stay for a solo traveler, a couple, or maybe even 3 people with someone using the sofa bed. I couldnt believe how low the price was for such a nice unit! (Maybe I'm just used to everything in the US costing an arm & a leg 😉) The room is very clean, looks just as nice as the pictures and you have lots of room for your things. I really appreciated having a washer/dryer. It was really helpful. That bath tub is BEAUTIFUL! I only used it once when I was there, but I definitely recommend trying it. The unit is very quiet and within walking distance (less than 1km) of the Lotte Westlake Mall as well as WinMart (a convenience store). The mall also has a huge supermarket on the ground floor as well. There were several restaurants you can also walk to, or order for delivery via the Grab app. I highly recommend booking here!

Das Appartment war wirklich sehr schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Wir waren im 16. Geschoss und hatten dadurch einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Hanoi. In die Innenstadt benötigt man ca. 20min mit dem Auto/Moped, aber in der Umgebung gibt es auch mehr als genug gute Restaurants und auch eine sehr große und moderne Einkaufsmall. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Es war uns ein Vergnügen und würden definitiv wieder kommen.
