Up, Up and Away

Regarding COVID-19 outbreak: We are taking extra precautions when cleaning and disinfecting the property. This includes Increased employee hand washing and disinfection of commonly used surfaces in bathroom, kitchens, and bedrooms with EPA registered disinfectant. High use Fabrics will be sprayed down with Lysol. There will be an emphasis on disinfecting knobs and handles. Sheets are washed using a “sanitizing” cycle. There are Air purifiers with UV-C sanitizers in bedroom(s) that will help to kill potential airborne viral particles. Please run these purifiers at all times. These measures are designed to help minimize risk. When the weather beckons you outside, step out on to the deck and look out onto a stunning view of the Absaroke mountains. The deck is nestled into a stand of cottonwoods and has the feel of a tree house. The house offers quick access to the Yellowstone River (less than 2 minute drive) and the heart of Livignston's charming town center. A 4 minute drive will deliver you to the mile-long Myer's River View trail that offers stunning views and birding! A 4 minute drive in the opposite direction will take you to the lovely Sacajawea Park. The building features a smart lock and other smart technologies that will enable guests to come and go without assistance. I am more than willing to offer additional guidance via text message, phone call, or a quick visit whenever needed. I live next door in the adjacent house. The house is a short drive from Livingston's charming town center, Sacajawea Park, the Yellowstone River, and Myer's River View Trail with its stunning scenery and birding. Discover a summer splash park, fairgrounds, and golf course nearby. The therapy hot tub comfortably seats 3 adults, although 4 well-acquainted folks could potentially squeeze into the tub. There are outdoor seating areas and one outdoor dining table.

Private Studio Loft

Getaway to our peaceful and centrally-located studio in the heart of Laurel, Montana. Suite Gigi's is an adorable, 100% private, and fully furnished loft atop our detached garage (stairs, no elevator). Suite Gigi's is only 1.5 miles from Main Street with all the fun of downtown USA shopping & amenities. You will have your own keyless entry with private access to one of the garages for secure parking of your vehicle. This property is dog-friendly (max 40 lb) with bbq and outdoor patio seating.

The Upper Room

Our home is completely remodeled with a modern cottage decor. The space is a separate bonus apartment above our garage. We live one mile from downtown so you can enjoy a leisurely stroll to visit shops or dine out. Local attractions include: Buffalo Bill Center of the West Museum, Buffalo Bill's Irma Hotel, Old Trail Town, Chief Joseph scenic hwy/Beartooth Pass, and the Cody Stampede Rodeo every night from June - August. We are also a short 45 minute drive to the east gate of Yellowstone.

Stunning Paradise Valley Getaway

Private getaway for two with a stunning view of the Absaroka Mountain Range in Paradise Valley. A little more remote providing the real Montana experience. Under 10 min drive to restaurants, bars, stores, and local concert venues. Come unwind after seeing live music at Pine Creek Lodge, The Old Saloon, or the Music Ranch. 15 minute drive to Chico and Sage Lodge. 45 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park and 30 minutes to Livingston. We can't wait to be apart of your Montana experience!

A peaceful, remote cabin studio near Yellowstone and the historic town of Livingston. Whether you want to spend your day reading on the deck, working remotely, listening to records, or heading out for a day in the Park, this space will lend to the experience you need. The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. The goats will entertain you for days & the stunning mountain view never never gets old.

Creekside Cabin at Story Brooke Lodge

Come relax at a cozy cabin along Piney Creek with a large wrap around porch. Open your windows to listen to the water running by all night with fresh cool air. The cabin features a queen size bed and a pull out couch. Kitchenette includes a sink, Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, and mini fridge. The cabin features a gas fireplace, a covered porch with skylights and also has a glass dining table with four chairs. This cabin has cable TV that is also a smart TV and wifi.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Small Grizzly Ranch Cabin 30 miles outside of Cody

Escape into the wilderness for a night’s stay in a cozy cabin at the Grizzly Ranch located half way in between Cody, Wyoming and the East entrance of Yellowstone National Park. This cabin is the perfect get away to experience the amazing scenery that Wyoming has to offer. Relax on the front porch after spending the day exploring Cody, Wyoming or on your way to Yellowstone National Park. Two small restaurants very close by to have dinner before or after you check in.

Izaac Walton Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

10% discount for 7 days, 3 night minimum stay. Secluded bright and cheery, comfortable cabin with queen bed on 212 acres only 4 miles from Livingston. Fantastic views of Absaroka Mts. from the deck. Very private, peaceful and quiet. A good base for visiting Yellowstone National Park or working from home. Long stay guests have said internet is fast and good. The cabin is perfect for 2 people. There is only one queen size bed.

Big Horn Getaway

The bedroom is in the loft above a working ceramics studio. The bathroom is on the main floor with one flight of stairs. We are located about two miles from the base of the Bighorn Mountains with a beautiful view and lots of privacy. It is a perfect getaway for two people who can handle the stairs. The space is not suitable for children under 18 or pets. We are unable to accommodate service dogs due to host's allergies.
