Fire pit and Bar-B-Que adds to the outdoor experience found only in a lost world. Brilliant stars at night. Waterholes to swim(when it rains). Come and enjoy the peace and tranquility of a mobile free zone. Detox.

Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

You could grab a ticket on the train to enjoy a scenic trip through the hills of Gympie Region or take a walk down to the town that saved Queensland. Whatever you find yourself doing for the day you can return home to enjoy the sunset on a private deck and a movie streamed direct to your living room TV.
