The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Located in the beautiful Thousand Islands and a 3 minute drive downtown Gananouqe and a 20 minute drive to downtown Kingston, you are fully surrounded by the beautiful St Lawrence River. This cottage is perfectly located for you and your friends and family to enjoy. With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

Mapleridge Cabin

On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.

Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, canoe, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, etc. Cabin has electricity, fan/heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding/towels provided and propane BBQ. It is conveniently across the road from the Cataraqui Trail. The well-maintained, beautiful trail is ideal for nature enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, cycling or jogging.
