Enjoy the convenience of staying in town, but tucked away just far enough to create a peaceful stay while you explore the Methow Valley. We welcome you to the Sweet Grass Suite, your little sanctuary within a 2 minute walk across the Chewuch River to all the shops, restaurants and activities of downtown Winthrop. With a luxurious king bed and a sofa pullout couch, the guesthouse is best for a couple or close friends. We invite you to lodge with us and use our new guesthouse as your basecamp!

Spring is perfect for hiking Patterson Mountain, wandering valley trails, or enjoying baked goods at the Mazama Store and gathering at the Pub. Sven’s is one of a kind.

410 Bluff Street

410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. If you have children (or are 3+ travelers) please pay special attention to the information and requests noted below. Thank you!

Alpine Woods cabin close to trails, ski in/out

Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Three Brothers Cabin

Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

Cascade Cabin near Mazama/Winthrop

Cascade Cabin is nestled in a beautiful forested community located between Mazama and Winthrop. Our cabin features a modern chef's kitchen, spacious open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. High speed Wifi is available for remote work, or just unplug and enjoy all the valley has to offer. Incredible XC ski trails and mountain bike trails, epic hiking, rock climbing and more surround us in the Methow Valley. 5 minutes to Mazama Store; 12 minutes to Winthrop.

Truly a basecamp for adventures to North Cascades National Park, local nordic and back country skiing, hiking and mountain biking. An easy 15 minute walk to downtown Winthrop across a beautiful suspension bridge, a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and dining options makes this a prime location for your getaway!

Liberty Lodge is located in a friendly neighborhood on the edge of the National Forest. Although shops and restaurants are only a five- to ten-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Perfect as a central location for local sightseeing, golfing, and outdoor recreation, or spending your days on the porch with your favorite drink and person watching the eagles and osprey over the beautiful Methow River.
