Winter Haven: aluguel por temporada com espaço para atividade física

Samuel has been a great host to us. He is very responsive and kind. The condo has literally anything you need to spend a great time, in an awesome place. We really loved our stay in Sam's place.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. We were in town for an event at the Convention Center and it was super convenient location to get to and from multiple times daily (1.75 miles walking). The condo was clean, quiet and easy to access. Mira responded to messages about changes in plans and check out duties promptly. Would definitely return.

The Regency manager Helen was very helpful . We’ve stayed at her apt complex many times as snowbirds. The new Air Bnb is great and spacious. Over the workout room, so sometimes heard weights (dropping). The pool was right down the outdoor stairs and the laundry room was downstairs too. Beds were comfy and kitchen was huge, fully equipped for our 5 week stay. We hope to return.

Nice place, clean and open! The pillows was the best thing I ever felt and laid on, so nice I had to order four sets for each of my houses lol because one night I was suppose to go out and just to go back there to drop bags off and I laid down and couldn’t get back up thanks Kyle lol but Kyle was very responsive in communicating which is very good…next time I come in May hopefully this place is available because it will definitely be an option for sure!

This place is amazing. Our place was spotless. The whole building smelled and looked clean. The amenities were amazing. From the morning coffee, to pools to lazy river to several common areas including a pool table, this place is one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff is amazing - especially the concierge - Vito. So helpful and friendly. Every staff member was amazingly helpful. Booked for a week and had to cancel one night and the host made it easy for us. Highly recommend this place as we will be returning to Lucent at Sunrise.

Andrea was a very nice and pleasant host. She left very detailed instructions, had the place clean and ready for us, she even checked in to ensure that our stay was what we were expecting. I appreciate her attention to detail, her providing adequate instructions and directions, as well as the care she showed to us during our stay. The place is just like shown in the pictures, and was clean. Andrea also has a quick turnaround time to messages, which I appreciate. Our stay there was wonderful, and I would stay at their Airbnb in the future if I'm out that way again.

Departamento tal cual las fotos, muy fácil acceso a los parques, muy buena comunicación del anfitrión, espacio muy cómodo que te hace sentir como en casa. Muy feliz con la elección y agradecido con el anfitrión por la bonita experiencia!!

Our stay at Jimmy's place was great. We definitely recommend this place. We will stay here again.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

3rd time staying at this property and as always it was excellent!

We had a wonderful time at Beatriz place. Unit was spotless, had everything we needed. Super close to grocery store and Ofcourse Disney. Clubhouse and pool area was great. Music, nice (warm) pools and lazy river and we loved the water slides. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Beatriz was very responsive and checked in with us before during and after our stay. Excellent host. Would love to stay here again and will certainly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orlando area.

I must say this place was one of the cleanest Airbnb‘s. I’ve ever been to. Even better than the pictures. Love the outside patio and the neighborhood was great. Definitely visit the clubhouse beautiful heated pool and lots to do. I give this Airbnb a 10 out of 10 super comfortable beds. Looking forward to staying here again.

So close to Disney, less than 10 miles away from all the parks! Super clean!

Doris' place is a great location and close proximity from where we were headed. There were also plenty of restaurants and other shops/stores in the area which made it that much better. My daughters really enjoyed the pool and were happy about having a say in this selection. Most definitely a must visit.

Excellent beautiful home. Clean easy access in and out. Loved that we can use resort amenities as well beautifully described. Very responsive and quickly tooo.

Local agradável, exatamente como nas fotos. O condomínio é tranquilo e existe muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados, farmácias e lojas ao redor. Estávamos com 2 crianças, sendo uma delas um bebê de 1 ano e a anfitriã pensou em cada detalhe para tornar nossa estadia confortável. Tinha desde o cadeirão de alimentação até brinquedos para as crianças. Foram dias maravilhosos em família!

This house was great for our family vacation. It's close to the Disney Parks, outlets, and many other things to do. Ariane is very responsive if you have any questions. We would love to stay here again.

We loved this air bnb for many reasons but the main thing that stood out (besides the cleanliness) was how thoughtful the host is. There was a toddler table, multiple foot stools , kids plates and silverware, a night light, sound machines and even a crib (with sheets) and a highchair. Not everyone understands how important these items are to have but they’re essential in making our little ones comfortable and Amanda nailed it. There is also a full spice rack in the kitchen, coffee beans, multiple kitchen gadgets, and an ice maker! The pool area and put put course were also a blast for the whole family. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay here!

Extremely beautiful location, setting is appropriate for just about anyone. The hostess was courteous to have us checked in way earlier than our time. Her response time to message may be a bit delayed but she sure to respond in about 20 minutes. Very close to a lot of things such as shopping areas and dining.
