This is our second stay at Sheri’s place. I highly recommend it! Parking with a boat is super easy, huge kitchen, living room and deck area with spectacular views/sunsets of the lake. The best place to stay on the north arm of Rainy Lake.

Great cabin — comfortable, clean, quiet. Well-appointed kitchen. Nicely decorated interior. Spacious rec room with a very large screen TV. Easy access to boat dock. Mike, the owner, was staying in another cabin close by, he was extremely helpful and friendly. The cabin itself is in the community of Crane Lake, on the water. It sits in a row of similar cabins. A small store (fisherman-oriented) and couple of bar/restaurants are nearby, easily walkable. We used this as a base for day trips (hiking and canoeing) into Voyageurs NP and the Boundary Waters. You can also walk to and hike the Vermillion Gorge Trail from the cabin — recommended.

My family and I had a great time up at Stacie’s cabin on pelican lake. The driveway was a little tight getting the boat down but wasn’t an issue. The cabin was nice and secluded from surrounding neighbors and great location in the lake. They also have a map of the lake with good notes on it for any boaters/ fisherman. Would look it over to see where to get into some fish! Would recommend staying here to anyone and hope to return back sometime soon!

We enjoyed staying here. We appreciated that there was a full size fridge and a spacious living room area that was separate from the bedroom. The place was mostly clean, but some things, especially the bathroom floor and mirror, were a bit dusty, so a cleaner bathroom would have been nice. Also, in going around to the back yard to the Airbnb private entrance, we did have to pass clothes and towels laying in the mud, which made the entrance to the Airbnb look untidy and less welcoming. Also, it is the basement of a house, so we could sometimes hear distant noises from upstairs, but nothing disruptive or distracting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this was a great, affordable place to stay on our trip to Canada.

Awesome cabin on a beautiful lake! The cabin is in a quiet location with great lakeside amenities. The cabin is beautifully decorated and is very well stocked. Heidi and Paul are great hosts with a quick response time to any questions. I would highly recommend this cabin!

A true hidden gem! We did a group snowmobile trip from here and couldn't be happier that we picked this place! Meredith answered our questions regarding parking for our multiple larger trucks & trailers (we did need to back in our 4 place trailer but it was a very straight driveway back and not hard to do) and snowmobile trail out to the main trail. The place is big, clean and comfortable and has everything you could need including wifi. Beds are comfortable. Glenn was a joy to talk with and even lead our group on snowmobile out to the lake! Will be planning another trip here in the future!

I had a fantastic time with my friends, the place was well-kept, like new. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Beautiful and large house. Amazing terrace with a view of the lake, beautiful sunsets. Private dek , well equipped kitchen . The owner provided us with a kayak, canoe and paddleboard. Cam is very nice and responds quickly to messages. He provided us with everything we needed.

This campsite was so adorable! I would highly recommend coming here for beginner campers who don’t have a lot of equipment yet, the site had everything you could possibly need! The tent quality was amazing, the bed was comfy, tons of blankets and the electric heater was such a great touch, made the 50 degree nights no problem! It looks like the hosts made small hiking trails on their own but it was all clearly marked and made for some fun walks with our pup! Highly recommend the trails and keep your eyes peeled for hidden surprises! All in all we had a great time and we had to drag our dog out of there when it was time to check out, she did not want to leave!
