The Farmhouse Cottage is a nice house on a quiet street in Marion. It did not take very long to feel right at home and the owners were very quick to respond to any issue, even contacting me about a potential issue that they preemptively fixed. It was a great place to stay and I’d consider staying there again in a heartbeat.

Amanda’s place was quaint, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet, easily accessible, and was great place for our two boys (Charlie & Oliver) to stay while we were out and about most of the day. Kitchen has more than enough gadgets, pots, pans, and appliances to meet any home- chef’s needs. The covered porch was excellent for a relaxing evening outside; the yard was larger than expected, fenced, and well kept. We would love to stay there again, and definitely recommend her place to anyone who is looking to stay in/near Carterville or Herrin. Amanda was also very responsive and offered more assistance than we could have asked for👍

This place was perfect. It was super spacious for our family of three. It’s location is close to the square and an easy drive to almost everything. We would for sure stay here again!

We stayed for a couple days before our wedding and it helped made our big day go so much better!

Another great stay at the eagles nest. This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. Lots of space, great for entertaining. Richard was a great host and very easy to deal with. Very pleased, will stay again.

Trenton's place exceeded our expectations. We always hate taking a chance on leaving our clean home to go stay in someone else's place, but this was not the case with Trenton's place. It was top notch! Thanks for a home away from home!

It was easy to get to and easy to get into. Everything was clean and everything worked. Would definitely recommend!

We appreciate the close proximity to our family gathering as well as gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. The washer and dryer in the unit were very helpful. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, and cookware, which made it nice to not have to eat out the whole time we were there. Comfortable bed and sofa, I would highly recommend.

Dixie's place was wonderful! I will book with her again. Her place is so beautiful, serene, and quiet. The minute I arrived it was apparent how much love and care she put into her place. She greeted me upon my arrival and had fresh cookies waiting. The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything I needed. Dixie provided everything I might need to make my stay comfortable. I slept great and felt safe as a solo traveler. I can't say enough good things.

The hosts were flexible, friendly, and responsive. I have never experienced better. They were flexible with an emergency last minute booking. They made my entire trip to Illinois worth it. Thank you!

This apartment was exactly what we needed. It was super comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect. Alexis was responsive and let us check in a bit early. I definitely recommend this listing.

Tyler was an incredible host. He accommodated our last minute booking and welcomed us and our fur babies. Tyler was responsive and kind. The home was clean with a pleasant smell. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were genuinely surprised with the size of the living space and felt right at home. The kitchen snack box and the bathroom necessity boxes were so thoughtful. The animal toy/blanket bin, coffee/tea station, and board game collection were highlights. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Ashley and her lakefront rental were both amazing! She made check in and out so seamless and easy , place was juys wayt we needed As makanda girl I really enjoyed the peaceful private yet safe neighborhood feel a lot It was wonderful to sit on that bench and watch the sunset over the lake and was so serene Hope to stay there again sometime Ashley was great

Fantastic spot. Feels like your own and the space is exquisitely unique and interesting on the inside while remaining homey and perfectly comfy. Beth and Dana were friendly and lovely to talk with. An excellent stay

Michael is a friendly, helpful, and responsive host. Check-in was easy and we were able to park near the door. The place was warm and inviting and clean when we arrived. Beds and linens were sooo comfy. We had everything we needed and it’s super close to downtown and eating places. Great location! The host even had some bottled waters and breakfast bars waiting for us which helped us get off to a great start. I did see in another review that there isn’t a curtain for the window on the door, so I came prepared for that. Overall, a great place. Will definitely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

we stayed here to look at houses in the area. the house was awesome, beautiful views of the lake. host was very responsive and even gave us suggestions for our house hunt. very flexible on our check out time. I would highly recommend!!
