Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach. We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves. We are 10 minute drive from center of Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

Stream movies from any room in the house and let the kids (or yourself!) escape downstairs to the den to watch your favorite show in the theater featuring an incredible sound bar along with the popcorn setup! Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

Unwind and recharge in this nostalgic surfer pad, complete with a king-sized bed and smart TV. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a couch that doubles as a futon for additional sleeping space. The kitchenette has all the essentials for dining, including dishware, silverware, and coffee-making supplies. Outside, enjoy a private yard perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your morning coffee, or dining alfresco in this spacious area. Pets are welcome to stay in this room.

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, clam guns, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.

The Guesthouse overlooks a beautiful meadow that is often visited by deer, elk, heron and eagles. Both the beach and Leadbetter are 5 minute drives from Oysterville.
