The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Within walking distance of Harding University, enjoy this historic bungalow during your stay in Searcy. It is centrally located, just one block from Spring Park, the downtown area, Wild Sweet Williams bakery, Knight's Barbeque, Starbucks and more. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom are recently updated and fully stocked, and each bedroom has a king-size bed. The spacious dining room is perfect for family and friend gatherings. This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet and $10.00 per night after the first night .
