Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt am Nationalpark Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag und ist somit einzigartig. An der Grundstücksgrenze beginnt das Nationalpark Gebiet mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Nationalpark, die umliegenden Orte Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch und Fertörakos, in der Ferne sieht man an klaren Tagen den Schneeberg. Eine vielfältige Vogel- und Tierwelt ist hier erhalten, Graugänse, Kraniche, Störche und Silberreiher und Rotwild gehören hier zum saisonalen Tagesablauf.

Golf pálya csak 2 km-re található, számos programot kínálunk, mint E-bike túra, borkostoló, vagy az őszi szarvasbőgés. Ha nagyobb társasággal érkezik akkor 100 méterre található vendégházunkban eltudjuk szállásolni barátaikat is.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
