The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

One of our best holidays . The place was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Isuri and caretaker Shelton are really nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing weekend with our friends. This is really a hidden gem in the busy town of Moratuwa . Thank you !

Отдыхали на вилле с 2 апреля по 15 апреля 2018 года. Вилла в хорошем состоянии, состоит из главного дома и отдельно гостевого домика. В главном доме 3 спальни, одна с выходом к бассейну, две другие обычные комнатки не прям большие, гостиная большая и большая кухня, гостевой домик отличный с выходом к бассейну, во всех комнатах есть душ и туалет, белье чистое меняли регулярно!Вилла находится в 20 минут от аэропорта. Встретили очень хорошо (разные фрукты и полный холодильник пива). На Вилле есть все ! Большая кухня, блендор, столовые приборы, кастрюли, сковородки, стиральная машинка, газовая и электрическая плита, фен, утюг, гладильная доска и т.д. С Виллы до пляжа примерно 15 минут на тук-туке, до мини маркета пешком минут 10, тихий райончик не любят когда шумят после 12 ночи )))).Бассейн просто супер большой, но не глубокий 1.5 метра, 6 лежаков. Смотритель дома Хемапала (для нас был БАТЕЙ )))) помогал и решал любые вопросы которые возникали ( хотя и не говорит по английский, но все равно все понимал ))) Вообщем все понравилось вилла стоит своих денег. Gayana’s place was everything we hoped for and more! We were staying for a multi day wedding nearby and needed a clean easy place to sleep and get ready. Gayana and her lovely housekeeper ensured we had everything we needed and more! Including a delicious breakfast every day and assistance to one of the guests who has a visual impairment, which was so kind and appreciated. Beautiful house with a lovely pool - couldnt recommend more!

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Kenji & Nisha was a very helpful and responsive host. Everyone who stayed in their place loved the place. Definitely worth the money. Their in house staffs are very helpful and respectful. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Worth it!
