We booked this place for our family: 2 adults in our 40s, 2 grandparents in their 70s, and 1 child. The two cabins comfortably fit us all. We really enjoyed staying here and having a taste of Finnish "mokki" life. The sauna worked well, and the lake was perfect for swimming. We also enjoyed the row boat and outdoor fire pit for making "makkara". Given climate change realities, the inclusion of an air conditioning unit in the main cabin was a big plus! I would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

A perfect place for staying over with superb value for the money! The cottage offers a well functioning space and privacy for two adults and one child. Everything was exactly as in the description and communication with the host was super smooth. As a Finn, who baths in a sauna on a daily basis, can definitely agree that Kaisu offers the best sauna experience you can find on Airbnb. Highly recommended!

Sonja & Viking's fisherman's AirBnb was the picture perfect Finnish cottage! It really captures the feel of the countryside that you first see while driving towards it, making it a very satisfying feeling, especially if you are visiting for the first time. It's very comfy inside and makes you feel right at home, and the hosts are very helpful in pointing you towards local sights. This area is great for birding and anyone with a pair of binoculars is especially recommended to stay here!

We spent one night on a roadtrip and it was perfect for that. We got to cook and go to sauna and relax.

Rentouttavat löylyt ja poreet oli taas :)

Ihanan rauhallinen ja hiljainen paikka, vaikka helposti voisi muuta luulla, koska super-suositusta Nuuksiosta kyse. Tuulan mökillä oli TÄYDELLINEN oma rauha luonnon keskellä, joka ehdottomasti 10+ juttu! Silti kansallispuiston reitit löytyvät ihan vierestä ja Tuulan kanootilla pääsee esim. melontaretkelle suoraan rannasta. Tunnelmallisessa rantasaunassa tuli lempeät, kosteat ja hyvät löylyt ja saunan kuistilla vilvoitellessa hiljaisuus oli uskomaton. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja enemmänkin, saunatakeista lähtien, ihanaa luksusta! Myös petivaatteet oli hotellitasoisesti mankeloitu, harvemmin vuokramökeillä on näin siisteissä lakanoissa nukuttu. Keittiö oli myös hyvin varusteltu aina pakastimesta leivänpaahtimineen. Tuula on mukava, helposti lähestyttävä, tuttavallinen ja häneltä sai hyviä vinkkejä ja selkeän opastuksen kaikkeen mitä mökillä voi puuhailla. Iso suositus kohteelle, täydellistä luonnonrauhaa ja mökkitunnelmaa!

We had a magical week in Naantali. The tiny house really was a magical and historic place to stay - amazed to find a painting of the house in the local museum. Perfectly located. Anniina went out of her way to make our stay a success.

Lovely and relaxing place with very helpful hosts

Ihastelimme sitä, että saunamökki oli suunniteltu viimeisen päälle pieniä yksityiskohtia myöten. Paikka oli oivallinen parin yön yöpymiselle. Mökiltä lähti metsäpolku, joka tarjosi pyrähdyksen metsään. Saunakokemus oli uudenlainen. Siellä oli mukava viipyä ja levätä miedoissa löylyissä eukalyptustuoksusta nauttien. Olimme tyytyväisiä valintaamme.

Wir hatten unglaublich schöne Tage bei Raimo. Er ist ein großartiger Gastgeber - bei Fragen schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Hütte hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Sie ist nicht nur außergewöhnlich sauber und gemütlich, sondern mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Ein echtes Highlight war die Aussicht von der Terrasse - jeden Tag aufs neue einfach atemberaubend. Diese Ruhe ist unbezahlbar. In der näheren Umgebung findet man alles Notwendige – Supermärkte und einige Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Der Abschied fiel uns schwer, und wir hoffen sehr, bald wieder an diesen besonderen Ort zurückkehren.

La ubicación de la cabaña era ideal. Hannu nos enseño con detalle su funcionamiento y respondió de inmediato a las preguntas. Entorno precioso y tranquilo. Nos facilitó también una canoa con la que pudimos ver el atardecer desde el agua. Mención especial a la sauna, en la que disfrutamos un montón, sobre todo con la parte previa de preparación al ser de leña. Nos costó algo más calentar el hot tub, pero finalmente lo conseguimos. Muchas gracias por unos días tan agradables a pesar del tiempo.

We stayed four nights in Uffe's cabin. We were met by Uffe's wife Margurite, who showed us everything we needed. The cottage was really clean and all communication with Uffe went perfectly. He responded quickly to all our messages. Near the cottage is a short nature trail with a wonderful view of the sea at the end. It was nice and quiet at the cottage. The nearest services are quite far away, so you should come to the cottage by car. I recommend renting the cottage to everyone.

Traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen und sich wohl fühlen! Noch besser als auf den Fotos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Merja ist eine sehr aufgeschlossene, interessierte und offenherzige Person. Sie reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Bezüglich der Ankunfts- und Abfahrtzeiten ist sie sehr flexibel. Das Häuschen ist einfach zu finden, liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Viele alte Bilder von Vääksy hängen an der Wand und es gibt ausreichend Informationsmaterial über Vääksy und Umgebung. Das Mökki ist für ein bis zwei Personen ideal. Es verfügt über eine gute Internetverbindung und ist auch bei hohen Minusgraden sehr schön warm.

Mökki oli oikein kotoisa ja viihdyimme hyvin. Paljusta oli tunnelmallinen järvinäkymä ja pidimme myös hiekkapohjaisesta rannasta. Saunassa hyvät löylyt. Iso plussa oli tenniskenttä jossa saatiin hyvät pelit aikaiseksi! 😊

Mökki sijaitsi upealla paikalla omassa rauhassa! Täällä olisi mielellään viihtynyt pidempäänkin. Saunasta sai hyvät löylyt ja mökissä oli juuri sopivasti tilaa. Myös koira viihtyi vapaudesta ja matalasta rannasta, jossa pystyi kahlaamaan. Ehdoton suositus!

Erinomainen kohde majoittumiseen Turussa. Kauniisti rempattu pieni talo jossa kaikki toimi oikein hyvin.

Todella kaunis paikka, upeat maisemat ja luonto. Mökissä kaikki tarpeellinen, mukavasti varusteltu keittiö ja mökki ihanan siistissä kunnossa ulkohuussia myöten :) Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Had an overall lovely stay with my partner in a spectacular location right by the lake. Astonishing views for both breakfast and dinner were served right through the windows of the cottage. The price is of course in accordance with these features, maybe even a little too much. It might have been the particular weather but it was quite challenging to get the sauna ventilation exactly to where it doesn't let the smoke in the room.

This cabin is a bit of heaven! It is very private with beautiful forests surrounding it. We were provided with all amenities to cook and we chose to reserve the private sauna, which was a highlight of our stay! This stay was a highlight of our trip to Finland!
