There is a balcony to enjoy as well and a private single garage (house garage has wall separating) which leads into the suite and air conditioning is a nice plus! This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! Please note you will have to utilize the exterior stairs and interior stairs to access the suite. Pets are welcome! Our 555 sq ft modern loft is open concept with 6 wonderfully large windows that light the place right up. We are located right in the heart of downtown, and the only condo building to be directly connected to the lrt train station. ****The building does not have parking*** there is parkades and street parking available just outside the building at your cost.

Enjoy year round outdoor fun in the neighbourhood parks, trails & sledding hills. This is a family friendly neighbourhood with easy access to Anthony Henday Freeway. This home features Central A/C, high speed internet. The basement (unfinished ) is not available during the whole stay. Hottub is currently not available during your stay.
