My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so the kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" 4K TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks make entry a breeze. Wifi is blazing fast. Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). Amazing gourmet kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Asko washer/dryer. Dining room has a table and chairs that can be moved out of the double doors onto a private patio for al fresco dining on gorgeous days. Each bedroom has a private bath. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Parking available for a car in our driveway or at a pay lot very close by if you vehicle is too large or you have more than two. If you want privacy to focus on business, you won't even know I am nearby. However I am always up for a chat, glass of wine, tasty beer or Seattle's famous coffee if you like to meet the locals. Capitol Hill station is four blocks away, ride share arrives in minutes at any hour, great nightlife, the best coffee shops in Seattle and all day and late night food & drink. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98! From inside the home to out on the lanais (Hawaiian for balcony), you can rest comfortably. Do you need a soak in an over-sized jacuzzi tub with jets? If so, we have you covered. In the upstairs master suite, there is a little space for your computer or journaling or art or whatever you like. You also have an incredible private lanai from the master suite. The views from up here might just entice you to never leave. If you are down for a rugged little jungle hike, you can swim in the beautiful fresh water spring and get up close to the year-round waterfall. There is a palm tree-lined trail right from our property that will take you down there. You have complete access to the home, property, and beautiful - swimmable waterfall. Located in the Reed's Island neighborhood and surrounded on both sides by rivers, streams, and waterfalls—walk through the area and admire the historic homes. Hilo town and beaches are nearby, and the Volcano National Park is 30 minutes away. Hilo and East Hawaii is the perfect choice if you want to an authentic Hawaiian experience. You might also explore the world's most advanced telescopes on Mauna Kea and our gorgeous local brackish water black sand beaches. You will want a car to access the local destinations. Walking from the house is quite enjoyable, but more ideal for sight seeing. Please be advised that the yard is still a work in progress and is therefore a bit rugged to get around. It has a wall mounted Sony flat screen TV, Bose stereo, and 5G WIFI to stream the AppleTV. It's a great space to lounge and enjoy meals and entertainment. The spacious master bedroom has an Organic King mattress and a 4 door walk-in closet with floor to ceiling mirrors. It gets lots of light during the day and has a blackout curtain over the headboard for when you need extra sleep. The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the master, but has plenty of space for a comfortable queen sized bed. It has a desk (for when it is time to get down to work). It's also appointed with a walk-in closet. The big backyard has both an avocado and orange tree. It is landscaped with native, drought resistant plants. With a lighted outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal and drink, or just lounge in the California sun. You have access to the entire home. Including the driveway, front porch and back yard. Please note that the driveway is narrow, so only sedans and compact SUVs will fit. Send a text or message via the site for a quick response. The house is right in the middle of the Sunset Junction and Virgil Village neighborhoods of Silver Lake. It is one of the most vibrant, diverse and walkable locations in all of Los Angeles. For people who travel without cars, the Redline Metro stop is a short 5-10 minute walk from the property. It boasts quick access to Griffith Park, Hollywood, bars and nightlife, as well as countless dining and shopping options. There is close, convenient access to the Metro Red Line subway. You will be just a short ride to Hollywood Proper, Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica Beach and the entire city of Los Angeles. For drivers, we are near to the 101 Hollywood Freeway, making it a great stop on your California road trip. Free tandem parking for two cars is included. Studio by the Beach with Separate Entrance

Open the sliding door to let the gentle sea breezes waft in and settle down to stream a favorite show on the Smart TV. The interior blends coastal touches with boho chic, and there are little luxuries like a work space and secluded private outdoor space. I adhere to the CDC cleaning protocols. I use UV C light for added disinfecting and sanitizing of the Studio, and have also added a Dyson air purifying fan and heater to insure you have clean air. This studio is located on the first floor of my three story home. The studio shares the first floor with the garage so you don't have any shared walls. You have two windows, one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom, they bring in light and the sea breeze but have no views. While this studio is private you may hear footsteps above, music drifting in from other parts of the house, and the sounds that come from everyday living. You'll have one parking space available on the right side of the driveway. More free parking is usually available at the end of the street, 15 houses down on panama. During the day there's extra parking at kiddie beach. I live on the two top floors of the house so i'm easily accessible for as much or as little interaction as needed. The setting on a quiet street is only half a block from channel Island harbors Kiddie Beach and 1.5 blocks to Silver Strand Beach, a popular surf spot and vantage point for catching the sunset. Watch for whales and discover a yoga studio, corner market, and salon, all only moments away. Hollywood by the sea has unique sounds too. You'll hear sea lions, boat horns, and on occasion a fog horn. Every morning at 8am you'll hear our national anthem, and at sunset you'll hear taps. You'll have to pay attention or you'll miss it. It's one of many thing I love about this area.
