Ping-pong table, cornhole game, and hammock can be set up upon request. Full farm and ranch experience that includes goat barn with owner supervised goat petting/play, hen house with egg collecting, hay rides provided by owner, smokeless fire pit for roasting marshmallows at night, fishing in a quarter acre pond, and nature trails.

Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.
