We are far away enough from major cities that you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at Serenity Farms while still being close enough to small towns like Hallettsville, Columbus, and Edna! Walmart and Brookshire Brothers in Hallettsville are about 15 minutes from the property. No WIFI, enjoy the country!

Secluded cabin on 200 acres of private pine forest. Enjoy hiking & views from large deck. Cabin's decor based on local legend & Broadway hit, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, replete with the madam's bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, & dishwasher. BBQ on the outdoor propane grill and enjoy a campfire under the stars (bring your own firewood). 2 miles off highway. Pets OK with a $25 per pet fee. Up to three. Relax in this unique tiny cabin in a tranquil, country setting. This tiny cabin has enough room to sleep 5 people - 1 queen bed on main level and 1 queen & 1 twin mattress in sleeping loft, a full kitchen and a full bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the large covered front porch. Watch wildlife (road runners, owls, foxes, wild turkeys, raccoons, possums, armadillos, etc.) from your porch. Visit nearby wineries and breweries or tour the Painted Churches.

Pure Country Living at the J-A Farm

Enjoy the lovely setting of this beautiful spot in nature. 1 Small barn dominium all to yourself. Make yourself at home and enjoy exploring the trails and creek on the property. This cabin is equipped to sleep 4 - 6, 1 Queen, 1 Full size and 1 Bunk bed with a bottom Full size and top twin. Feel free and breathe and enjoy nature! also just to mention no large gatherings or parties allowed.

The Otto House

The Otto house is walking distance from downtown Schulenburg and has a cozy, quaint feel. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen, along with a futon in the living room. We currently do not have a TV or Wifi, but what better way to get away from the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.

Shady Paddock Farm-Willow House

Welcome to our little country farm! Escape the city life for a romantic get away or just some much needed down time. Willow House is privately nestled among the trees in our back paddock, allowing views of the lovely country side from the living area as well as the cozy front porch. There is also a picnic table and charcoal grill for your use.
