Elk Valley Paradise, The ranch at Elk Valley was gorgeous - both the house itself and the setting. It was so private and quiet, with just the marmots, bunnies, deer and cows as neighbors. The house was perfect for two couples and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location just 20 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park (our fourth visit to our favorite park) was great for exploring the park and places to the east and west (Petrified Forest at Escalante and Little Wild Horse Canyon and Goblin State Park to the east). There are awesome hikes in the park and great restaurants for us Vegans, as well as our friends who are not. Tim was a gracious host. We would definitely stay at the ranch again!

We loved our time in Capitol Reef. This is seriously the best location for having access to the park. Beautiful location and so many wild animals to watch through our windows. The tub was a favorite for the grandkids. We didn’t know it had a roof patio until the last day! Amazing to watch the sunrise

We had a wonderful experience at the Teasdale Jewel. The home is beautiful. Lots of places for people to rest and relax. We had so much fun on the pickleball court and with the firepit. The area is so peaceful and quiet.

Our family of six stayed at this home on our two weeks road trip. It was exactly what we needed after a few nights of camping. The home is exactly as described. The history of the home was incredible and what they have done to restore/renovate was top notch. Good for them to preserve history! We would definitely stay here again. Our whole family was very pleased!

We had lotsa fun and grandkids loved the play area downstairs! Master bedroom, bath area really nice.

Great time at this place! Open design allows for larger groups to easily be in the same room. Decent distance from Capitol Reef. Well-stocked kitchen too.

We stayed two nights on a winter visit to the Park. The unit was inviting and attractive, sparkling clean, stocked with everything we needed, and everything seemed brand new. Great temperature control, accss to media and reliable wi fi. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again if we're back in the area.

Danielle was great. we had brought food from salt lake to do hiking and forgot to bring any kind of bag. she was able to help us get some ziplock. location was perfect, just outside of capitol reef. there are some restaurants in walking distance with some vegan options which was a huge plus. would highly recommend.

Chanelle and John are very hospitable and provided local information for us. We also had good chat, and their unit is clean and nice. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely book their unit next time when we visit around Capital reef national park area.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, nice and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, had great coffee and the bed was very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would return again if visiting this area. Danielle is a great host!

we loved staying at danielle’s! it is in a beautiful place conveniently located right off main st so we could walk to our favorite spots for coffee and breakfast before spending the day in the park. we brought out 5 month old and found the apartment to have plenty of soft surfaces for her to explore and rest. will def book again.

Just spent one night here but wish it had been more, this is the ultimate super cozy stay. The apartment is right in front of a breakfast place, and maybe a 2min walk to the general store. Very comfy bed and just such a cute studio!

This place is great for families! We enjoyed it so much we stayed a second night. The kids love it!

I thought this was just a small cabin, but oh boy looks can be deceiving. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! This house is spacious and well thought out. It was perfect for 4 adults to sprawl out in the living room, to watch football on a Sunday, after a long day of hiking. Sightseeing and restaurants are super close by and the house was an incredibly easy check in. I would stay here again and absolutely recommend to others

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful cabins. We got 3 meals at the diner across the street and highly recommend that as well as Stans Burgers!

Great spot so close to Capital Reef National Park. Easy to find. Great for my family of 4 with a bit of room to spare.

The mountain view and desert landscape were phenomenal. It was very peaceful with wonderful natural light. The home was comfortable and cozy with exceptional heating, hot water, and a vast library of books. The outside fire pit was a nice touch under the dark sky and countless stars. Although the property is mostly secluded, there may be the occasional person passing by (without notice) to check the water levels, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend it.

The cabin was great, pictures are true to form. Very relaxing and peaceful. We did have trouble getting the tv up and running but kept it off to stay away from the rat race. Was I looking for a peaceful vacation .

Wow. This home has views that are unmatched. My only piece of advice: learn from our mistake and do whatever you need to do to arrive during daylight. Following Willie’s instructions got us to the house safely, but trying to find the home in the dark on dirt roads that don’t show up on google maps is stressful. Arrive during the daytime and you will find that this home blows the competition away. We actually didn’t even do much during our stay besides just enjoying all of the amenities: the sauna, the outdoor marble tub, the fire pit, table tennis, and in the evening a family movie by the fireplace. The views are spectacular and the home super cozy. Would love to come back!
