There is no fridge or microwave oven in the BASEMENT bedroom(18 feet X 12 feet),however you are welcome to use our kitchen fridge and microwave oven to store/prepare your food. The BASEMENT ceiling is unfinished. Our MONTHLY rates are available Jan. - March.

A Little Country in the City

This is a lovely, basic room for one person. It is in the basement with a north-western window and egress. The house is quiet and owned by a professional couple, one of whom is frequently at home and often available (works from home). A hearty or light breakfast is available, if ordered in advance and with availability. In the summer, it can be el fresco. The house is in a very mature, wooded neighbourhood that is safe and conveniently close to all amenities.
