Enjoy spectacular sunsets from this beautiful, duplexed home nestled in wild greenery overlooking Portage Lake. You have private use of the entire walk-out lower level facing the lake with a covered patio, open floor plan, granite/butcher/stainless steel kitchen, games, pool table, puzzles, and washer/dryer. The Apartment is in what back in the day was the town doctor's office and is attached to the owner's house. We think you'll be very comfortable!
