Cozy bed & bath only. Great location in highly desired town of Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. Private entrance and easy parking for two cars (guest & owner). Bed & bath are blocked off from the entire house but attached. Keurig coffee maker & small fridge. Outdoor seating on patio and quiet neighborhood. There could be some sounds from resident upstairs. The living room & kitchen are directly above the rented room. Owner works from home and has a young dog. See house rules for more details.

We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.
