The studio is located in historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by river and offers beautiful views of Danube. Shops cafés and restaurants in the historic city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging facilities are available.

Sie ist voll möbliert mit schönem Bad, Fußbodenheizung und Doppelbett, bestens für Singles und Paare nutzbar. Kinderbett und Fahrräder sind auf Wunsch verfügbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Donaustrand und Wald, wo es viele Rad- und Wanderwege gibt. Mit dem Auto 15 Min. bis Krems, 40 Min. mit dem Bus.

Romantisches Mühlhaus an der Thaya

Dieses mindestens 500 Jahre alte Mühlhaus besticht durch die einzigartige ruhige Lage, direkt an der Thaya. Sie bewohnen eine kleine Wohnung im Mühlhaus, mit separaten Eingang, im Süden gelegen, mit Vintage-Flair, das möchte ich dazu sagen. Die Wohnung ist nicht neu, aber gemütlich. Dafür gibt´s auch einen alten Küchenofen, mit dem man einheizen kann, Holz ist ausreichend vorhanden, sowie einen Kaminofen mit Sichtfenster für gemütliche Abende. Der Innenhof lädt zum Entspannen am Abend ein.

Chata přímo u rybníka s velkou zahradu pro velkou zábavu… koupání v rybníce, vyjížďky na loďce, odpočinek na molu, zahradní kuželky, kroket, petanque, badminton, síť pro nohejbal, stolní hry. Chata má velkou pergolu s grilem, možnost grilování přímo u vody. Na pozemku se nachází ještě jedna chatka, která slouží jako kůlna. Do této budovy není umožněn přístup. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Chata se nachází přímo na břehu rybníka Dvořiště a disponuje vlastním soukromým vstupem do vody a krásným výhledem na rybník s jeho malebným okolím. V chatě se nachází dva samostatně přístupné apartmány. Každý z apartmánů pojme až 7 osob. Vstup do vody je pozvolný, dno písčité. Na rybníku je povolen Windsurfing. K dispozici jsou dvě kanoe, stůl na stolní tenis včetně pálek a míčků. Přímo u chaty je ohniště s možností grilování na lávovém kamenu.
