The house has water access through a walking path approximately two hundred feet long from the yard directly to the beach. You can also relax at the community pool, a short five-minute walk from the house.

Located in Spring Creek FL, a safe fish camp community on the gulf waters. This tiny house is the place to relax. Rocking chairs, fire pit, and sunsets all provided right here. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp or launch the fishing kayaks provided. The house was decorated by my wife and deep cleaned by the both of us!! Only 20 minutes south of Tallahassee, leave your cares behind and enjoy the beauty of the Wakulla River. The unique house includes 4 kayaks and 2 SUPs for you to explore this pristine river. Enjoy your own private dock; you might see the river otters first thing in the morning there as you enjoy your coffee. The boat ramp is nearby. The house is tastefully appointed and features artwork from several artists who capture the local flavor.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 minutes to Carrabelle beach. 8 minutes to downtown Carrabelle, 19 minutes to Saint George Island Beaches, 20 minutes to historic Apalachicola. Beautiful view of the Gulf. 45 minutes from Publix, Walmart etc… Great fenced yard to enjoy with family and pets. Maximum 2 pets, no more than 30 lbs, and always clean up/pick up after them.
