Wahiba Sands: aluguel por temporada com área externa

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown (SUR).

Die Unterkunft und das gesamte Anwesen sind ein Traum. Das beste Airbnb, was wir jemals bewohnen durften. Die beiden Gastgeber waren toll und super lieb. Wir durften frisches Gemüse aus ihrem Biogarten ernten und es uns in der genialen Außenküche zubereiten. Sie gaben uns auch frische Eier von ihren Hühnern fürs Frühstück. Der selbstgebackene Kuchen von Bernadette war fantastisch. Der Pool mit frischem Brunnenwasser war genial. Sie waren so lieb und ließen uns noch 2 Stunden länger bleiben und den Pool genießen. Ich kann euch nur raten, die Datteln aus ihrer eigenen Ernte als Mitbringsel zu kaufen. Sie sind sehr lecker. Ich kann gar nicht aufhören zu schwärmen!

We arrived during the cyclonic storm of February, after a thrilling drive from Muscat where we had to pass some flouds over the streets. Happy to finally reach the appartment. Due to the extreme weather conditions (very rare in Oman, it only rains 3 days a year), there were some leaks in the appartment. The owner gave our family instantly an upgrade to another appartment nextdoor (i think nr 1 or nr2), which was really twice as nice, very comfortable and furnitured with very high standaards. The owner also helped us with relevant info for our coming days (about the conditions of the roads towards the Desert & Jebel Akhdar), which we really appreciated. Also the housekeeper did a great job in securing our family during the severe weather conditions. Unfortunatley, we did not manage to go the FInns beach, Tiwi beach, or Wadi Shab due to extreme flouds, but anyway we felt safe in the house, and the owner offered us to stay as long as the weather conditions did not allow us to travel. Top!

Badar was super helpful and friendly in organising a boat tour for us and recommending restaurants! The hut has a beautiful view and is very comfortable. It is around a 10min car-ride into the city center, located right above a small green area at the water. We spent a great night there!

Es war sehr ein sehr ruhiger und entspannender Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, Innenausstattung ist sehr komfortabel, klasse Betten. Die Klimaanlage und der Garten sind eine Wohltat- prima um die Hitze des Tages zu überstehen. Mohammed ist ein äußerst liebenswürdiger, unterstützender Gastgeber. In seiner Abwesenheit kommt ein Hausangestellter und gießt den Garten wohl täglich, was uns vorher nicht bekannt war und daher überrascht hat. Bei unserer Ankunft hat der Helfer wohl unser Klingeln überhört, weil er statt dessen das Erdgeschoss mit Weihrauch gründlich ausgeräuchert hat. Wir verstanden es als freundliche Willkommensgeste und es war ok - nach dem Lüften. Die Gegend ist direkt am Meer, sehr einsame Lage. Tolle Brandung, ein bisschen Kraxeln zum Strand ist nötig. In der Nähe legen auch Schildkröten ihre Eier ab, es gelang uns eine zu sehen, allerdings in Ras-al-Jinz. Vorsicht: Auf der Fahrt dorthin hatten wir im Dunkeln fast einen Zusammenstoß mit einem Kamel. TOP Empfehlung!!

C est le paradis, un endroit paisible dans lequel j ai pu me relaxer. Entouré des montagnes la piscine est très parfaite ! Et seulement à 35min en voiture du wadi Khalid. Le hôte est gentils et accueillant. Tout était parfait je ne peux que le recommander ! Merci pour tout

The house is truly impressive in terms of size. In particular, the living room with the kitchen is huge. The three bedrooms upstairs are also excellently laid out. The furnishings are fantastic as well-everything you need is there (including a coffee machine). The location is very quiet, even though there is a lot of construction going on in the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the 10 a.m. checkout time, which is simply too early. Recommended!

Fantastic house and amazing host. Hamad was very responsive and helpful. House was in good location, squeaky clean and outstandingly equipped.
