Located on a lake that offers direct water access. Campfires are welcomed, and the tranquil setting is made even more magical by the sight of horses. Inside, you'll find cozy touches and comfortable furnishings, including pillow-top mattresses

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Completely overdone with modernization and open floor concept, this house gives you a sense of staying in absolute luxury, but within the confines of a cozy home. With the immense yard in the front and fenced in yard in the back this house provides everything. The house provides four bedrooms with a total of seven beds. One of the bedrooms has three beds in it and is extremely large and it would be great for those families with kids.

We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.
