My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The subway Strausberger Platz can be reached in about 2 minutes by walk. The U5 is directly connected with the Central Station and Alexanderplatz and tourist attractions like „Museumsinsel and Brandenburger Tor“.

My accommodation is very centrally located and therefore perfect for exploring Berlin. You have your own access, a private bathroom and a small eat-in kitchen. It is located in the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. From here you can reach most destinations on foot. It is a typical Berlin apartment and it is located in the backyard offers a quiet and green stay despite the central location.

Cosy bright and new renovated 1-Room Apartment with Balcony and separate Kitchen at Bötzow Viertel only 15 Min. from Alexanderplatz. Tram Stations with great connection, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Boutiques in walking distance around the corner. You will find a new large Rewe Supermarket in the Building next to my apartment which is open till 10 pm.
