Brandon was a great host. There was a mixup with the check in date and he responded to me right away and was able to add a night on the reservation, which I really appreciated. There was plenty of street parking and the apartment was close to good amenities.

The place was super clean. It had a hotel feel but also felt homey like an apartment. Having a full kitchen was great, the bed was super comfortable and the TV was nice. Everything I needed was there! I had to evacuate the fires so I didn’t bring any kitchen items with me and it was great to have a toaster and strainer among everything else. The only annoying thing was the lights in the hallway upon entering the building. I came at night and for some reason, the motion-sensors lights would turn off every time I unlocked the door so I couldn’t see well climbing up the stairs while unloading my car. As a single female, I agree it did feel a bit unsafe at night but during the day, I could see the area was pretty safe. A few restaurants would play loud music but I couldn’t hear it from my room, just when I was outside. The waterfall shower was really nice and it was a perfect place to recover. They also let me bring my bunnies who quite enjoyed their stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Will book again. The place was perfect for 2 people. The place was as described/shown in pictures. The only thing I would change was kitchen amenities. Basic items like paper towels and spices were not available. But overall a great experience! Thank you for hosting us!

Great location and fair price. Easy to find and instructions were clear. Walking distance to snow summit. We were able to keep our car in the spacious shared garage. Warm, cozy, and spacious, the fireplace was a nice touch. Had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit.

Christina’s listing was perfect for a weekend getaway. In the middle of the city, easy to get in and out regardless of the time of day. Valentines weekend was busy which made us stay in after a day of snowboarding. Very cozy cabin with an old school heater, felt amazing to defrost after a long day in the slopes. The bed was very comfortable and the smart TV made it all worth while being able to stream our favorite movies/shows.

I enjoyed my stay at Hector’s BNB, It was like a little home away from home!! Very cozy an compact; He was more than ready to help when needed, and also worked with me as well. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking for a getaway or break from anything!!

Would highly reccomend, heres my pros and cons +Place was really nice +++ 2 minute walk from the slopes + at a good pricepoint in comparison to the other places nearby. + clean + quiet area -outdoor parking (put chains on your car beforehand if you know you need to leave the next day in snowy weather) -somewhat hard to find in the complex -floors are thin -heat is slow to turn on -master bed wasn't made

Clean apartment in a private and quiet location. Loved our walks and bike riding on the conveniently accessible Pacific Electric Bike Trail.

Stay was great , perfect private studio close to the freeway. Maria was welcoming even though I booked last minute. Cozy place with a private entrance, super clean and had everything I needed. Thank you for everything Maria!

Penelope was an accommodating host and excellent communicator. The bed was super comfy and the shower was perfect! I just stayed overnight and left super early but the laundry in unit was exactly what I needed.

The apartment was in a great location, quiet, safe, close access to interstate and lots of grocery stores and shopping. It was clean and had enough space for us two adults. The large closet was so nice as we had plenty of room for our luggage. There was no problem finding the subdivision; it was just a challenge at first finding the correct apartment, but Simon responded and helped with that. We like to cook our own meals when we travel and the kitchen was adequate for that. We also loved that we could do our laundry as well.

The apartment amenities at this location are fantastic. It is a new build with a rooftop to hangout and enjoy the sunset. The pool and gym were also great facilities. It was close to two little towns to grab dinner and breakfast as well.
