Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.

Rockview - Peaceful 2 Bedroom with Beautiful Views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This quiet neighborhood gives you the break you need, while offering a short drive to a variety of outdoor activities. There are gorgeous views of fields to the South, with a unique rock hill to the North, just on the other side of Steinaker reservoir. We are located about 10 minutes North of downtown Vernal, which puts you right between town and the entrance to all the parks. There are two other rental units on this property.

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
