Pictures don't do it justice!!! Nice, cozy cabin with everything you need to truly relax for a few days. Great location next to small mountain/hill away from the crowded cabins next to the river. Pool and entertainment area (bar/lounge/restaurant) are just footsteps away.

Wendy and her husband were great hosts. They were both very responsive and helpful during our stay. The cabin was clean and the location was peaceful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and our time at the river. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Great little cottages in a central location. Wendy, her family and employees were awesome and friendly hosts from the moment we arrived until we headed out.

Was a wonderful 4 nights! Perfect spot right in the middle of garner and lost maples. Host was very helpful and always responsive. If you’re looking for a really beautiful place to stay between hikes this is it! Will definitely be recommending.

The cutest house!! Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Leah was quick in responding for any questions we had. Would stay here again, we can’t wait for next year!

It was an awesome family stay. The hot tub was so fun with the hillside views. super close to river and fun activities. My kids loved playing with the little dogs and our dog. Wonderful time!

We are a family of 5, and we love to come float the frio. Wendy and her husband as well as their son were EXTREMELY helpful and attentive during our stay. The cabin is the perfect size for a family or couple. My husband and I enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching nature. Yes it’s on the highway but that never once bothered us. They were helpful with finding places for us to take the kids without having to float and knowing which outfitter would be the best fit for the time. The kids enjoyed the pool and they make some of the best burgers we’ve ever had. When they suggest the jalapeño cheese sourdough bun TAKE IT. It makes all the difference. Right down the road from a gas station, garner and all of the outfitters. But still gives off the feeling of seclusion. Great views and great vibes! Highly suggest them!

Great place to stay! We were under the impression the cabin was on the water but it was around a two minute walk. Great area…peaceful and quiet. It was a little difficult to find the cabin but it was in a great location. Very clean. Did wish they provided linen without cost but it was a great stay!!! Very clean and great for a weekend getaway. Veronica accommodated us and communicated great. Will stay again!

My husband, 2 dogs and myself LOVED IT!! Our dogs had such a great time in the river and exploring around and it was so peaceful and relaxing while we cooked out and just sit and relax with with some music in the deck! We definitely want to come back in the future!! Thank you Dan & Pat!

Had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Everything was exactly as pictured and Veronica was very responsive and helped us to check in after hours and made sure our stay was pleasant. The cabin was very clean and simple and great for our family of 4. River access was easy and the town of Leakey was a quick 8-10 minute drive for breakfast tacos and coffee each morning. Wonderful place for our quick spring break trip!

Me and my buddy came down on motorcycles for a motorcycle trip weekend . This house was exactly as described quiet and peaceful. Allison was awesome always quick to respond to any questions. The house with the immaculately clean and well stocked for anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we plan on staying here again.

Very cozy cabin and had everything we needed only 20 min away from Garner State Park. Impressed with amenities like charcoal and wood for grill or pit, s’mores, games, and plenty of blankets.

It was clean, lots of games, quiet and comfortable. When choosing to stay here consider bringing your own pans, other than that it was wonderful and we’d stay again .

This cabin was such a peaceful stay. We felt right at home here. The kitchen was great for cooking and the bbq pit was great for grilling. The bed was so comfortable. Loved having breakfast and dinner on the porch while watching the deer have theirs. Definitely want to come back and stay here again.

ABOVE & BEYOND. Truly. I booked this cabin for my friend’s bachelorette, as she just likes to stargaze. Having to plan in advance, the weather was unpredictable, & we didn’t get to stargaze. But let me tell you something, cause it speaks volumes about this place & these HOSTS! We drove 7 hrs just cuz this part of TX has good stargazing, didn’t get to stargaze at all, & fell absolutely in love with place. The cabin is small, but SO cozy & cute. Farm fresh eggs out by the fire on a calm cloudy morning, & honestly, as Dallas girls, we really didn’t know TX could be that GLORIOUS. But the host: Ashley is ONE of a kind. She & her whole family were doing the kindest things for us & the bride, all behind the scenes. For example: We found out the toaster had been snatched by a previous guest 🤨 Ashley’s out of town, but sends her HUSBAND to drop off their toaster! Best hosts!! Pack a sturdy car for the dirt road, unwind in the beauty, & don’t take Ashley’s stuff!😂 hope to return sometime :,)

Cabin just like the pictures, very charming! loved the high ceilings and ample open concept, bright and cheerful atmosphere, great kitchen! A big plus having two complete bathrooms. Very comfortable bed and sofa! A short walk to the river. Overall a marvelous stay!

Melissa was very friendly and always responded to my questions quickly. Also supplied a specific direction page because sometime google map doesn’t work in the area!

Camp Riverview is a wonderful spot! Everyone who works there is so amazing. I had zero issues and just the best time ever. The waterfall at the river is so beautiful, the little store has everything you need. I loved it!
