This place is lovely. Aircon in all the bedrooms would be better, this is Queensland after all. Not great for elderly though as there's lots of stairs. Kitchen was missing a few items, and the items that were there were just all over the place in all different cupboards and drawers. Lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries, but no gladwrap or tupperware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Matt's place was fantastic. Beautiful views, comfortable house with plenty of things to do. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the pool is beautiful. Palm Beach has plenty to offer, but staying at the house all day was preferred. We will definitely be back.

Very nice house in a quiet leafy suburb. Close to shops and the river. Small but refreshing swimming pool. Everything we needed was there.

Andy was very helpful and accommodating. We had a home emergency and were grateful the property was available. Communication was easy & we never had to wait long for a response. The pool was the highlight of the stay. The kookaburras in the morning was also a great surprise for the kids.

Had an awesome weekend stay at this Gold Coast spot! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfy — exactly like the photos. Loved the big open living area and breezy veranda, perfect for kicking back after a day out. The pool was a winner too, especially in the warm weather. Location was quiet but still close enough to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth the whole time. Would 100% stay again!

Best thing about this place is the location, a short walk to creek, surf beach, cafes and surf club. So much space for teen kids and parents to hang out. Lovey kitchen and living area, very comfy beds and ducted aircon is a bonus

Our stay at Elisha’s home was simply stunning. A perfect relaxing weekend and the photos do not do the property justice. It’s absolutely spectacular. The house is massive and the yard is great. Elisha was great at responding and so kind and friendly. We will definitely stay here again

Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

We (three friends) had a lovely stay at this peaceful location. Well appointed, very comfortable with attention to detail. Great host responded quickly. Easy to find, we would return.

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

Sure! Here’s a review you could use: We had an amazing stay at Paul’s place in Banora! He was super responsive and made check-in and check-out really flexible, which made everything so easy. The house was great value compared to others in the area — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We loved the little touches like the welcome snacks and the huge selection of board games, which kept everyone entertained. Everything we needed was available, and the whole experience felt really relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Romi was a superb host, stunning place, alot of stairs but you get used to it. A very new place so a few things we needed which Romi attended to immediately. The location is away from the crowds which is lovely when you want some quiet time and peace in the evenings. Will definitely book again if we need to.

We had the pleasure of staying for 3-nights at this beautiful house. Michelle was super helpful with check-in information, prior to us getting to the property! The place was very secluded, however, had everything we needed to make us feel at home! The pool & porch, was thoroughly enjoyed by our whānau (family.) Nice & local to the supermarket, cafe & petrol station. Would definitely stay here again, if we visit the Gold Coast again! Thank you Michelle for hosting our whānau 💛

Our host Pete went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect. We had a small intimate wedding at the house. The amenities, kitchen and abundant living areas were very well appointed, which made the whole experience seamless. The house was immaculate with beautiful bathrooms. We cannot thank Pete enough for his support and caring attention to us. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, we are planning our next family reunion at the house next year. What a fabulous place to stay. Enjoyed lovely evenings on the veranda with a glass of wine. Good walk to the nearest ferry terminal and thus easy access to a multitude of restaurants etc on the river. The swimming pool was a real bonus which was fully utilized by my granddaughters in particular while the older members of our party laid back and enjoyed the views over the river. Suki was an excellent host who was easily contactable and very helpful.
