This place was very cute and charming. Megan communicated very proactively and was very kind. I slept in the bedroom with the TV and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are restaurants and a bar within walking distance (the bar was LGBTQ+ friendly, too, which was a plus for me). It was easy to get inside and comfortable to spend time in. The one note I will make is when you first walk in the pet smell is a bit overpowering, but the place is clearly very clean. I did get used to it very quickly and stopped noticing, but something to consider if you're sensitive to smells. I didn't get to bring my pup here, but it would be a perfect spot for traveling with a cat or dog!

Positives: The house is located in quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well organized. It was easy to communicate with Edna and she was very responsive. Negatives: The house is old and needs some TLC, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was falling off and the door to the backyard also needs repair.

This was one of the BEST houses we have ever rented! Great location, very spacious house, very well put together and literally had everything we needed! Loved the covered section out back and was nice to sit out there! The whole experience is exactly what we needed and very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

This home was lovely and perfect for me for a couple weeks. It's in a relatively quiet area, albeit close to a main road, but still pretty neighborhoody, with a park down the street. Easy access to grocery stores, quick serve restaurants and a couple casual dining spots, and 5 mins from downtown/15-20 mins from Winter Park. The house itself was very functional, the kitchen is well equipped and living area is cozy. Closet space is a bit limited and it might be tight for more than one person for too long, but it was just what I needed while in town for business. The owners were very responsive and friendly, and when I needed help with a small issue were quick to address. Definitely would recommend.

Ein sehr schöner Ort, um einige Tage in Orlando zu verbringen. Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und es war perfekt. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Grill, wo Kinder sicher spielen können. Im Haus gibt es sogar Spielzeug und einen Kindersitz. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt 2 Fahrräder mit denen man bequem die Gegend erkunden kann oder schnell zu Walmart (5 Minuten) zum einkaufen fahren kann. Miguel ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

We just left after staying for 12 days and it definitely felt right at home. Monique was always very responsive and even came to bring a pack and play and high chair for my grandson. Any concern I had, it was answered and taken care of. I would recommend this place.

He was a great host and attended to all my questions and help. My family and I enjoyed it so much! Perfect location! Beautiful home! And the pool is the perfect touch!

We booked this AirBnB for our 2025 Family Vacation. It was a fantastic place for our family to stay! Everything was very clean, organized, and details on everything in the house and surrounding area were provided. We have a toddler and she also loved her stay in this house. We would highly recommend this house and it's renters to anyone looking for an affordable and nice place to stay near Orlando. We will be back for sure!

I had a great stay at the amazing new pool house! The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and cozy. Although I didn’t have time to use the very nice pool, it was definitely a lovely feature to have. The location was incredibly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing and getting good rest. It was also very convenient and fast for me to get to school every day, which made my daily routine so much easier. Overall, a great experience!

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

It was a pleasure staying at Michael's place, the condo was exactly as it was described in the listing and I always felt like Michael and cohosts were just a message away if we needed anything, they were excellent at providing clear detailed instructions for check in and check out and always there if we needed anything. This was our first trip to Florida and our first ever accommodation booking, and we will definitely be back again. With 3 kids and 3 adults, this condo was spacious and nobody felt on top of each other. Gated community, felt safe and was quiet and peaceful; the clubhouse was a plus !! fun times at the pool and a store for quick refreshments. we will be back again!! thank you

Albia was very accommodating when I needed to check-in a little early to be ready for a graduation at UCF. She was responsive and had the place clean and ready for me. The Tiny House is cute and what I expected for a Tiny House. The yard surrounding it was also nicely groomed with the waterfall pond, bistro table and chairs, and porch chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There was also an eliptical in the side yard that I briefly used. The kitchen was well equipped, but beware that the microwave is very small! The only problem I had was with the music. I loved the music- but I could not get it to turn off. I was not aware that Alexa was controlling the music - as I did not see an Alexa. My bad! Neighborhood was quiet, but not what I was expecting. Altogether, the visit was great! Thank you for allowing me to use your house!

We had a great stay in Clermont, the space is well kept, well located and an overall great experience. Will definitely return

We were very pleased with our stay it was comfortable and convenient to all the places we went to visit.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

This lovely home was exactly as described. Located near the end of a gated street, but within 20 minutes of many restaurants. It also had the best selection of kitchen supplies and the nicest washer & dryer I’ve ever seen in a rental. Sue was a pleasure to work with!! We hope to return next year.

Traveling solo with my autistic son. Him being comfortable enough to not have to "stim" to settle in was my first green flag. Melissa recommended a near by Park which he loved! I loved how spacious the shower and closet with full length mirror was . The private backyard space was perfect for my son to spend time outside safely . Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

We had a great time! The property was just as described and the fenced in bank yard was incredible for our 3 dogs. Owner was very accommodating.
