Kristina's place is awesome they are still improving small details like the terras on the riverhouse but the whole thing they built from the ground up, it's super cosy and nice at the same time. My experience was two faced, Ada Bojana is beautiful, it's just the people aren't very friendly to tourists and also the locals want to abuse the fact that you have 'money to spend' which you obviously also had to work for. Luckely Kristina is not one of those poeple, she's a very kind person and she will help you in any way possible. If you have the money for it, i would rent a boat for some days because it will become your new car :)!

Super expérience, le cadre de cette maison est magnifique et le calme est au rendez-vous ! Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et attentionné tout au long de nos vacances ! Un grand bravo pour à eux pour avoir construit ce joli nid de tranquillité au milieu de la nature et des animaux !

Een ontzettend fijn opgeruimd en schoon appartement. 2 slaapkamers voor 2x 3 personen, airco in de woonkamer. Door de shutters aan de buitenzijde is het appartement goed koel en donker te houden. Ontzettend levendige omgeving met restaurants en het strand op loopafstand. De nabijgelegen kermis vonden de kinderen fantastisch en binnen in het appartement hoor je daar niets van. Wifi sterkte kan wat beter. Overall een fijn verblijf!

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt neben dem Haus des Gastgebers, aber trotzdem haben wir uns privat gefühlt. Dmitry und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Gastfreundschaft war absolut topp, vielen Dank nochmals.

Absolutely fantastic week at Radas apartment with our nearly 2 year old son. It's a roomy and warm space with everything you need including a sea view from one of the balconies! walking distance to the beach and close to bigger towns of Sutomore and Bar with loads of great places to eat and things to do. Rada was so welcoming and helpful we had such a wonderful week in a great apartment, fantastic location and really great value for money. highly recommended!

Co tu mam pisać - wszystko było zgodnie z opisem. W dodatku lokal jest tak świetny jak w opisie. Warto tam się zatrzymać. Mamy ciszę, spokój, wygodną przestrzeń do wypoczynku, extra widok z bardzo dużego tarasu. Dużo przestrzeni do spędzania wspólnego czasu jak i obszerne 2. osobne sypialnie. Chciałbym tu się zatrzymać, jeśli wrócę w tę okolicę.

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

We had a wonderful few days here! We really didn't end up exploring much outside of the house, because we felt like staying at the property was all we needed. I am sure there were nice restaurants nearby, but we ended up cooking all of our meals using the outdoor kitchen space, relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sun, and hanging out next to a fire in the evening. Ardian was an incredible host and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property!

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

The place was stunning with the view and all . The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. Although the weather wasn’t the best we enjoyed just staying in the cabin. Daria and Damir are great hosts very friendly helpful and treat you like friends. This place will always be a beautiful memory

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

The host was very friendly! And responsive and is ready to help with whatever issues you have! The place is exactly like in the pictures. I would definitely recommend to stay here! The views are extremely beautiful! The villa is fitted with all the essentials. We bought groceries and came since there’s nothing except a hotel nearby so make sure to get the essentials and come. Very homely stay. We had an issue with the heating not being able to be turned off but once that was sorted everything was perfect! The outdoor hot tub is a great touch and would highly recommend to use it. All in all a beautiful stay!

Florjan really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of for the night on our last-minute adventure into the Albanian Alps. We arrived after dark and awoke to a stunning mountain view out of the beautiful A-frame house’s floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, the hot tub was hot, the property was very well done in both architecture and interior design, and the host was friendly and accommodating. In short, we couldn’t ask for anything more!
