The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. 1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units.
