Relax in our clean, cozy barndominium style apartment, tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood. It shares the property with our small home business but is completely separate and secluded, with dedicated parking and space for extra vehicles/trailers. Enjoy streaming on the Smart TV, and take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room with thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. You’ll have a private entrance accessible via stairs with a Smart-Lock entry.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Quaint Cottage near Kadlec, PNNL, & Hanford.

5 minutes N of Kadlec, 5 min. S of PNNL, 3 blocks to the River & 10+ mi. of riverside trails, this cottage is completely separate & great for long stays. A queen bed & a fold out bed for a smaller size individual. Dedicated off street parking in safe & quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. Smart TV & high speed wifi, Keurig Coffee maker, microwave, stove, Dw, fridge, patio w/grill, full size washer & dryer will make you feel at home.
