From an elevated position The Bright Side looks out over the stunning landscape of Tragumna Bay. It is a self contained two bedroom guest house attached to the main house. From your door step outside onto your own seated patio area and enjoy the garden views. The blue flag sandy beach and the Skibbereen Eagle Pub Restaurant are within 5 minutes walk, while Tralispean beach, Castletownsend, Lough Hyne, and Skibbereen are a short drive/cycle away. Cunnamore Pier and the regular passenger ferries to Heir Island and, in the summer, Sherkin Island is a few minutes further down the road. There are beaches with safe swimming very close by as well as opportunities to moor small dinghy’s and sailing craft. Island View is a 15 minute drive from Skibbereen.
