It features a queen-sized bed plus a roll away twin bed if needed, a full-sized kitchen and spacious bathroom, as well as a lovely view of our beloved Smoky Mountains. Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is 2. No pets.

Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).
