We are located between Canton TX (for 1st Monday) and Athens TX(Texas Freshwater Fishery, etc.) The Oak Castle Winery is only a few miles away. The 5th wheel is close to us in a quiet neighborhood. It has great air-conditioning, heat, is clean and can sleep up to 6 people. We provide clean sheets, towels, a coffee maker, coffee and fresh eggs. A recently updated Avion trailer with a great patio and lake access. Located on a dirt road outside the city limits but only a 10 minute drive from downtown Denton and the Square. Use of two kayaks, a grill, and a full indoor kitchen setup. Sleeps 3 people(2 twin beds and one folding couch). It is a camper, so space inside is limited, though the patio is large and gated. If you are looking for a funky/cute spot with lots of character as well as love put into it, we'd love to host you!
