Completely recommended. Cozy Japanese house, calm neighborhood, and they provide complete facilities, from cooking utensils until 3 bicycles 😱👍🏻👍🏻. Very close to echigo yuzawa station, about 3 minutes walk. easy to find and basically you live in the terminal (and station) but without the crowd fuss, so you can go anywhere around yuzawa with ease (don’t forget to use the bike!) And the hosts are ssuuuupeeerrrrbbb. Swift response and clear massage from check in-out instructions and during your stay to make your stay unforgettably amazing. It was an absolutely lovely new Japanese house. It was great getting to experience such a new and clean modern Japanese house. Everything was very beautiful with extremely comfortable bedding materials. We would love to stay again

Private, peaceful, pet friendly lodging with good amenities, including a V60 for coffee. Accessible to Niigata landmarks, like the Dragondola and the Veranda. definitely worth revisiting in ski season!

離車站非常的近，方便有滑雪的夥伴入住，但價格稍高，總而言之喜歡這次的體驗！

Woww. This must be one of our most favorite stays in Japan! The actual place definitely looks even better than in the pictures! The two-floor apartment (a house really) is so spacious and so tastefully decorated. The house has so many glass windows that let in a lot of sunlight, a lot brighter than in the pictures! A perfect place to relax and spend a wonderful evening with friends and family especially after a full day of a skiing trip. We loved the kotatsu and the gas fan heaters. :))) We loved everything about the house really. Sayuri was wonderful host. We greatly appreciated our time at your place. Thank you so much!

事前に説明があったにもかかわらず見逃してたら申し訳ないのですがフロントが不在の時間帯だったので建物自体への入館に戸惑いました。部屋自体はとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。私はリビングのソファーベッドで休みましたが寝心地よく朝までぐっすりでした。温泉も広くて満足です。寝るだけのために予約しましたが温泉に浸かってゆっくり過ごすにも最適だと思います。これ言うか迷いましたが、こちらの公式から直接予約した方が1人あたり2,000円弱、全体で10,000円ほど安かったので次回からはそうします。

チェックインからチェックアウトまでストレスなく快適に過ごすことができました。 タイミングが合えば次も利用したいです。

在後站的主要幹道上，離超市非常近。雪板放1F鐵櫃（可以上鎖）、樓梯比較窄也蠻陡的，穿雪鞋的話走樓梯要小心！ 非常安靜、空間大、電器很多種類，都有製作成簡易的說明書可以看～ 回覆很快速！

Good place- about 10-15 mins walk from train. It's a hotel. Laundry and dryer available (bring coins and soap) . Clean comfortable rooms . Area by hotel not much to do but very close to station and convenient. If you have big luggage leave it at Echizo Yugawa station lockers!! (Super easy)

値段に反して非常に快適でしたが、エアコンがちょっと使い方が特殊で、チェックイン後にしっかりと説明を確認しないと使い方がわからない場合があるので、その辺は要注意です。 周辺には飲食店もあまりないので、事前に下調べして買い物などは済ませてからのチェックインがおすすめです。

整體住宿我們一家四口都很滿意！ 安排湯澤滑雪五天，五晚都住這，離車站近、旁邊就有超市、吃飯也方便，房間乾淨空間兩大兩小很剛好，有任何問題房東也都及時回覆，非常推薦！下次來湯澤滑雪也會住這👍

It’s very nice and cozy house.

Ryuta’s place was a very good option for staying in Yuzawa. The space has enough room to breathe, the facilities are nice and convenient and parking is a plus. He is also a very responsive host.

住宿體驗非常愉快，餐廳窗戶外的雪景看了幾天都不膩，晚上睡覺時被子非常暖，浴室與洗衣空間都非常寬敞，推薦。
